This was our first visit to this club site. Nicely located to walk to the Marina. Clean site and toilet blocks. East Brighton golf course just around the corner. The only thing was the speed some people drive around in their cars. But that is a problem on most sites.
Perfect stay
Excellent camp site, lovely pitches, great wash room facilities and friendly site on Brightons door step make this perfect, we stayed for 2 days on the way back from France but wish we has stayed longer, will definitely return
Excellent site
This is the second time we've been here. It's a lovely well kept site and so easy to bike into Brighton and beyond! Our daughter lives in Hove so easy to go and see her (and for them to come and have dinner with us!!). We didn't use the showers as we have our own but we did look in on them and they are absolutely lovely - very, very clean. Thankfully wild parking has now been stopped on the narrow lane leading to the site making access easier. We will most definitely be coming back.
Great site
Good for visiting south coast resorts and of course Brighton and the Marina, where there are many eateries and a few shops. Brighton is always buzzy and there's always something going on. Very good and helpful wardens have to put up with speeding motorists and bikes (yes bikes). We always enjoy this site except when football is being played adjacent to site (loud). There are some very big pitches for the largest motor homes, usually foreign. Site is full most of the time, so book well in advance!
Brighton Caravan site review
Have just returned from our holiday there.
Several club members on the site have made comments in the visitors book there saying their holiday was spoilt by noisy dogs and the owners not clearing up after them on site.
We had dogs on site and always cleared up after them. I can not speak for other owners only to say that most dog owners are responsible and do clear up after their dogs. But I guess like some families with kids who do as they please their are also some dog owners who don't clear up after their dogs. Both are in the wrong.
But what I can say is that our holiday was spoilt by families with noisy kids and children riding their bikes around the site as if it were a race track far faster than the speed limit set on the site for cars.
This is dangerous when there are caravans and cars moving on site.
Bikes should not be ridden on site.
very good stay
I had a very good time at the site clean, and friendly staff. I always use this site never have any problems. ...
Really Good, but....
This is a nice site with good, clean facilities. Brighton has a lot to offer and transport to and from the centre is easy enough.
Good choice of places to eat at the Marina, but we found a better choice of independent places in the main town.
The only negative was the attitude of one of the wardens. It is a shame that our experience of a good site, in a nice location is tainted by the negative persona of a member of caravan club staff.
Sheltered site at Marina end of Brighton
Nestled in between the sports pitches and a ridge of the South Downs, the lovely location was a nice surprise; for some reason I'd been expecting a site that felt more in an urban setting. Excellent facilities, one minor issue is that despite driving round a few times we couldn't find the grey waste disposal point. Our fault, apparently it is there. A new one has been constructed but wasn't yet open for departing vehicles. Very busy, but pristine and helpful, friendly staff. Top tip: good Co-Op 5 mins walk down road opposite entrance (ie not towards sea).

Great Stay
We stayed for 9 nights with our 16 yr old daughter with her pup tent. The site itself is friendly, spacious, clean, and really helpful staff and easy access to Brighton which we loved.
