Had 4 nights at this site from August Bank Holiday Monday. 65 left that day so we had a good choice of pitch. Wardens very welcoming. Yes, we were informed how to pitch & the 5mph speed limit was reiterated twice but that was fine with us.
Site of 2 halves but there are pros/cons to both sides. We pitched on the 'original' side but would not have objected to the 'new' side had there only been pitches there. Facilities great - wardens work tirelessly. Playground fab for our 8 year old.
Walk about 1.5 miles to pick the land train up to get into Bridlington. Wardens can give you a simple map that shows you the way & the walk is mainly on pathways (albeit some slim!) & the odd bit you walk is on a wide grass verge.
If you don't want to take the land train, you can walk along the beach or along the cliff top path - beautiful walk. We did both - our lad preferred the land train...We preferred the beach & cliff walk!
Bridlington is typically 'seaside' - plenty for all ages but a couple of hours in the thick of it all is enough for us.
Had a lovely meal at the Martonian Inn - within a mile of the site. Easily walkable. Great value for money & delicious food with a wide choice.
Only gripe is the cost of this site - can only assume the premium price is because the site is 'new'? It does seem to be very pricey compared to some other CAMC sites.
That said though, this is not enough to put us off & we would return to this site again.
pricey site
Recently stayed here for 4 nights. Positives are that with all club sites it's immaculate with plenty of space on the pitch and in between pitches with an excellent facility block. The staff on site were friendly and helpful with the questions we had about walking routes and the local bus service. We also found this to be one of the best sites for other members being friendly and chatty - we find that on some sites people aren't even prepared to say good morning! Bus stop is outside the club entrance, there's really good access to the coastal path walk both along the bus route and within walking distance of the site. The little village of Sewerby is also within walking distance with a couple of pubs who both serve food.
My criticism would be that this site was expensive, I know it was bank holiday when we stayed but at over £30 a night it made for an expensive weekend for a site that it very much on a par with other sites that don't cost as much. As we both work full time we are sometimes limited to when we can go away. At the prices charged it really didn't feel there was much of a benefit to being a member.
Another fine visit
Returned to this site for the August Bank Holiday weekend. Not disappointed. New site development fits in well. Good walks around the area. Good bird watching opportunities around the area. We even saw a Barn Owl flying over the reserve area just outside the camp gates. Have booked up for next year already.
Excellent Site
We have just got back from a bank holiday weekend at the Bridlington site. The site was immaculate and well laid out with good size pitches. The welcome was friendly and helpful. The facilities were also spotless. This site is in a great location for exploring Flamborough Head and beyond, but don't bother with Brid itself. We drove in and decided not to get out of our car. Sewerby Hall is well worth a visit. My only slight niggle, is that for the size of the site, the kids play area was a bit on the small side.
Great wardens, friendly site
My second visit to this site this year. This time took my 7 year old granddaughter. I prefer the original pitches to the new part of the site and luckily found a lovely spacious pitch with a little wooded area behind which was a bonus for my granddaughter. There is a real feeling of space. The wardens are so helpful - it’s the first time I have put an awning up on a hard standing and did not have the tools for the job. They lent me a mallet and when the time came to remove the pegs even came over to do it for me. The facilities are immaculate and it has everything on site needed. As I’m reluctant to move my van once set up on site I like everything to be in walking distance or on a bus route. This site is fine for walking to Sewerby and Bridlington when on my own but that was a bit much for a 7 year old so reliant on the bus service which we used each day. Will definitely be back.

Lovely site with superb facilities
Great site, easy to get to on the outskirts of Bridlington. We received a warm welcome from the staff and the site is clearly well cared for. Facilities are superb and spotless. Location is fantastic with easy access to Bridlington, the sea, the Yorkshire moors. Must visit places are Bempton Cliffs, Whitby, Flamborough Head. Great fish and chips just down the road at Fish and Chips at 149 and the Seabirds inn is a short distance with lovely food. Definitely on our list to visit again.
Cracking site
One of if not the best kept site in the club's portfolio wardens are superb shower blocks are imaculate always spotlessly clean you won't be disappointed here I am sure credit to all concerned.
Irresponsible members
Enjoying a lovely few days on this recently developed site, but appalled at the members who do not abide by the 5mph speed limit on site, let their dogs run around off leads and let them foul the grass and footpaths and don't clear the mess up. Disgusting!!!
Chummy

Great stay
Bridlington is one of our favourite sites. We stayed in mid-August for 3 nights. First time on the new side of the site. Toilet blocks are immaculate, pitches a good size and there is a great dog walk area on site.
Location is near sewerby with an easy walk to the cliff top flat paved walk into Bridlington. There’s a pub within walking distance in sewerby which is dog friendly and serves god food.
Wardens are friendly and helpful on site.
The site is in one of the nicest areas near Bridlington and there is a large co-op supermarket within a 5 minute drive, also within a short drive is the excellent 149 fish and chip shop.
This is a great site, in a lovely area, lovely walks with lots of amenities on the doorstep.
Lovely site
I have just had a very pleasant week at Bridlington. From arrival to departure the wardens were friendly and helpful with the guys helping me to pitch my van and the ladies willing to have a chat if time allowed. The site was kept clean and tidy. What I like best about all the club sites I have visited in my 3 years of caravanning is the fact that other members will stop for a chat but are equally happy to respect your privacy which is just right for me as a single (+dog) caravanner. Thank you to one and all
