Nice little site

This is our second stay in 2 weeks and we have enjoyed both. On our first visit my car broke down and the wardens could not have been more helpful push starting my car and helping my unhitch and pushing my van onto a pitch. The site is well located for Morrisons, Tesco and Morrisons. Lots to do in the area Stanley Park, Zoo, Cleveleys etc. There is some noise from the road but its not disturbing. Nice play area and basics in shop. Very clean site and facilities and we have even booked to go again in May.

We found the site had no dog walk when I took my very small dog for a walk around the site .I was tool by the warden not to exercise my dog on site but to take it off site onto a very busy narrow road out side the gates we will not be visitlng this site again as we have not had any trouble walking our dog on any other sites we have visited through out the UK. Also the site look very tired could with a face lift lots of weeds about Easter 2017

Liked It So Much We Came Back

This was our second visit to this site. A very friendly welcome from the wardens who, because we arrived late, brought over our keys and entry fobs. This site is really well maintained and the shower/toilet block is extremely clean. We sited ourselves at the opposite end of the site to the childrens play area as we discovered on our last visit there is little traffic noise at that end. We drove down to the sea front and used the trams during our stay, rather than pay for each journey we bought one of their offers which with free parking near Starr Gate made travelling quite cheap. The Fish and Chip van made its first visit of the season while we were there, but we were quite disappointed with our meal, they need a bit more time to practise.

Friendly campsite

Stayed here over the Easter wknd whilst we were visiting family. Nice large site with small playground, in close proximity to both the seafront & zoo. Toilet block kept very clean & separate children's bathroom (with bath) was a real bonus!! Staff very friendly & helpful. Only downside is the 20 minute walk to the nearest bus stop - please can the Council reinstate the service which runs past the site :)

Brilliant Blackpool South

This is the fourth time we have stayed here around the same time of year. The site is always extremely clean and tidy. There are more than adequate facilities within the site, but the only unfortunate thing is the loss of the bus service which ran to Peel Park - a short walk from the back gate. The wardens are always friendly and helpful, even more so this year !! An all round great caravan site. We will be back !!

Good base for Blackpool with children

We had an excellent welcome from the site manager who made sure we had a pitch large enough for our motorhome and awning, plus an additional car. We were conveniently near the playground for the grandchildren. The toilet and washing facilities were excellent. Our only negative point was that we were disturbed during the night by traffic from the nearby main road. Despite this we would stay here again because of its convenient location and the overall quality of the facilities.

Great site

We had a lovely stay, the site is spotless, the staff are very friendly and helpful, we took our bikes and had a lovely ride down to the prom and spent the day looking round, next day we went to a car boot that was near by, popped into the local garden centre for a Sunday roast, then on the evening we went to coast riders diner, you turn left as you come out of the caravan park and it's on the right, next to the diner is a little bar we had a few drinks in there, the staff are also very friendly, we enjoyed our stay and will be back:)
