Great site but!

We have been to this site some 28 times and we love it for its location and friendly staff. However get next to the road and it can be a bit noisy and if you get away from the aerials the wifi is tereble for the money you pay. I tried one night for three hours and could not get wifi. The staff are great and do a good job with a very buisy site. We will be back . Peter and Wendy (and grandkids! )

Excellent wardens

A very clean site and perfect distance to Blackpool. We had a wonderful time at this site made all the better by the curteous and knowledgable wardens. Nothing was too much trouble and the service fantastic. We would definitely visit this site again.

good clean site

wardens are very helpful and curtious the site is within reasonable distance from blackpool by car or bus , A chip van visits the site and are of reasonable quality ,showers and toilet areas are kept very clean ,a little road noise but that depends on where your van is parked overall the site is very good, you need good awning pegs Well done the wardens

Great site for little ones

This is a lovely little site with a great play area for smaller children. It is ideally located for the illuminations, but there is a little road noise although it didn't bother us too much. Facilities are clean and tidy and staff are very helpful.

stayed last week no heating on in the ladies toilets and should be refurbished

Nice Site

This is the first time we have used this site and came up to see the illuminations. It's an easy access, very safe with a double barrier, and clean and welcoming. The wardens are pleasant cheerful and very helpful. A local fish and chip van comes to the site twice a week and the owners have just opened an American Diner with live entertainment and a delicious carvery £7. .Turn left left outside the gates and a 5 minute walk. The wardens put up a chalk board every morning with daily updates which is helpful. We thoroughly recommend this site.

nice any clean friendly staff toilets could do with refurbished and heating putting on at this time of the year no heating on in the lladies showers and disabled shower

Good location for Blackpool

A compact flat site laid out in typical club style. It is easy to reach from the motorway and only a very short drive into the town with decent facilities and helpful wardens. There is some road noise but it did not worry us. There is a good farm shop further along the road and both Tesco and Morrisons within easy reach. I have to accept that Blackpool is not for everyone but it is far better than of old and for families there is plenty to do. For a seaside holiday it has plenty to offer.

Illuminating visit

Visited Blackpool for the first time in many years, the site lives up to the clubs usual high standard of cleanliness and friendliness. The notice board each day informed you of events happening around Blackpool, and the weather which can change by the hour. Location is excellent just off the motorway yet close enough that the attractions are a short drive away.

Good site.

The site is in a good location for Blackpool and its various attractions. There is plenty to see and do in the area too. The facilities are of the usual CC standard and everything is kept in a neat and clean condition even when the site is full. The wardens were obliging and pleasant and we enjoyed our stay. We will certainly be back.
