Can it be bettered? Not Much..
WOW!! We have just had our first proper outing in our caravan, and we are really glad we chose this site to stay at, although a little messy to find due to the Sat Nav trying to take you through a deep ford, the little diversion is well worth the effort, On arrival the we were greeted by helpful, polite, wardens. We drove round and took our spot, nice and level so not too much work for a novice, Ground is firm but takes an awning peg well, The surroundings are almost silent and stunningly beautiful, fantastic walks and bike rides just outside the site, as were the pony’s most of the time, a little patients and they will move honest. We will go back as the 5 nights we stayed are simply not enough, we did quite a lot of walking but there is so much more to see and do in the area, A highly recommended site.. P.S The facilities as all seem to mention are more than adequate, Showers work well and are always clean and tidy, yes an upgrade is needed at some point in the near future, but as the club have only owned the site since January give them some time, as this will be raised from fantastic to Magnificent once completed..
Fantastic site
Somewhat Disappointed.

Facilities need major update
We recently stayed at Black Knowl, fantastic well maintained pitches plenty of cycle routes staight from site, nice village close by but all this is let down by the abysmal toilet and shower facilities, they are the worst we have ever encountered at a club site and we have stayed at a lot. We had just come from Centenary Site in New Forrest which is superb. Come on Caravan club, take charge and knock those facilties down and build a new block which would make Black Knoll a fantastic site.
