We stayed for 3 nights in June. We were made very welcome by Josie and Brian who are friendly and helpful, both shared their knowledge of the area. Brian recommended some great places to visit. The site itself is neat and tidy and well drained and all pitches have 16amp electric hook up, water and grey waste. The layout of the site ensures all pitches have a view of the beautiful surrounding countryside. Could not ask for anything more.
A very well cared for CL
We spent 4 nights at this peaceful, well-kept site, backed by beautiful oak trees and looking out over fields, with the backdrop of the village church and the Wrekin. Brian, the owner was very friendly and welcoming when we arrived. The pitches are all fully serviced. It's the first time we have used one with soak away as well as water and it definitely saved the hassle of emptying the grey waste so very convenient and time-saving. Shropshire in June was stunning. We walked to Haughmond Hill directly from the site, a very pleasant walk, and also enjoyed walks on the Stiperstones and around Ironbridge, both only short drives away. We wished we could have stayed longer and hope we can return as there is a lot to do in the area. Thanks to Brian for developing such a lovely CL.

One of the best CL sites
Could not ask for anything more. The site is very well kept with loverly finishing touches.the views are amazing. It’s so peaceful and relaxing. The owners could not have been more pleasant and informative.Brian gave us good tips on places to visit during our stay. There are plenty of road walks for dogs. Pitches are really good sizes. Defiantly coming back in September.

What an absolute gem of a site
We booked this site as a last minute booking on the weekend of the Coronation. They had had a cancellation & we took it. What a wonderful site it is too. We had absolutely no expectations but we can honestly say it’s one of the best sites we’ve ever been to. We had a very warm welcome from Brian on a wet Friday evening when we arrived. We were shown to a lovely hard standing pitch for our Motorhome. We did need the chocks to level us but that’s no hardship. Brian quickly told us where the essentials were & then left us alone.
The site is wonderfully quiet, the next morning we took the path behind the site to do a circular walk to the village of Withington. It was quite wet & drizzling but it’s a lovely walk, approximately 2 miles long mostly on footpaths & very quiet country roads.
The next day we walked a mile along the road in the opposite direction to Upton Magna to the cycling cafe for lunch.
Brian & Josie live in a wonderful location, thank you for sharing it with us.
We’ll be back soon

Great CL with lovely view.
A lovely, well kept CL hosted by the very friendly Brian and Josie. Great views towards the Wrekin Hill.
Make sure you follow the directions on the CAMC site and not your sat nav like we did and ended up on a single track with no passing points following a hgv. This site is central to a lot of attractions and things to do. There is a local pub just 5 minutes walk from here. Cash only, so again, don't do what we did and turn up without! Would definitely visit again!
Perfect for us
Booked on this site for a couple of days but ended up extended our stay as it was perfect for us. You can slightly hear the drone of the A5 but apart from that it is really peaceful. There is a path directly behind the site where our pooch can have a good run and we use to follow the very quiet lanes looping back to the site. The site is well maintained and has excellent facilities including water to each pitch. The owners Brian and Josie are lovely people, very welcoming and just want you to enjoy your stay. We will definitely return to this gem of a site.
Wonderful CL.
Stayed on this site for 10 nights. Brian was very welcoming and helpful. The site is well maintained and smart with lovely open views of the Wrekin. Very pleasant walk through the fields to the village which has a lovely church and beautiful houses.
All in all an excellent CL.We will definitely be back.

Still my Best UK CL
Brian continues to make improvements to his fantastic site. We have stayed annually for the last 8 years, and ideal for a base when we visit relatives in Shrewsbury and Telford. Beautiful views and quiet; excellent for cycling direct from the site, and the local cafe is now excellent and attracts many cyclists.
A Super site
We have stayed a couple of times in 2022 on this site. It is tidy and quiet. Nice views across fields to the hills. There are walks through the fields nearby. You can also walk through the fields to the village which has a pub. Check opening times though. Handy for Shrewsbury and close to the Attingham estate. Very nice owners too.
Our kind of CL Site
A real gem of a find and exactly the kind of CL Site that we love. Sited on a quiet and peaceful cycle route, a short distance from the village of Worthington, this is a really peaceful spot to spend a few days. Retirees Brian and Josie keep the site neat and tidy with the spacious grass pitches laid out on a gently sloping mowed lawn. There are plant pots and bird feeders dotted around and plenty of information on places of interest in the area. The icing on the cake was the fresh water and waste water drainage on each pitch. We enjoyed 5 nights there and would definitely stay here again if we are ever in the area. Well done Brian and Josie, this is the perfect CL Site. Jim and Bow Egan
