PLEASE READ BEFORE POSTING.

This thread is not for discussions. Post ONLY factual information.

To provide a comprehensive list of problems encountered, I would suggest that each post lists only one issue at a time.

Provide details of problem  as concisely as possible.

Operating system, machine used and relevant software. i.e. Macbook/ PC/tablet, Windows XP/ iOS7 etc, Safari/Internet Explorer/Chrome inc version No.

Please do not enter into discussions such as "I've had/not had this problem" as this will detract from the objectivity of the thread. Hopefully this thread may assist the IT department in finding where "all the bodies are buried".

PLEASE READ BEFORE POSTING.

Looks as if there's a problem with the Introduction section. It's showing the latest post as of 19/4/18 whereas there have been two other separate posting since than, including a response today...25/4/18.yell

I wonder about the merits of continuing this thread that I started some sixteen months ago given the lack of acton on the subjects raised. CAMC seemed determined to continue the "never apologise, never explain" policy.

I think it's still useful CY as it sticky and easy to find. Even if nothing is done, when folk post about current problems, it lets others know it is not just them.

Whilst at present staying on a club site I have no problem for once on getting onto the free club website to read and post on CT but when I try to make a booking for next month all I get is a message "caravanclub.queue-it.net unexpectedly closed the connection".

If this does not work what chance is there of this rest getting sorted when bookings are fundamental to the business.

The system probably timed out. This website is so slow  it's a wonder it functions at all.  Nobody seems keen to fix the system. frown

Strange enough the CT function is quite fast considering this is only a bronze standard site and its not timing out. It just will not transfer to the booking site on the free website.

No problem using airangel site which OH is using on her iphone to make the booking.

I'm trying to amend a booking (adding an extra person from 2 to 3) but when I try to 'confirm amendment' it won't! It just goes to to confirm amendment screen again. Yes I have tried a few times last night and just now, and yes everything is ticked.

It really is painfully slow and seems very demanding of processing power of my desktop no matter what browser I use. About the only thing quick is the back button! winklaughing
