PLEASE READ BEFORE POSTING.

This thread is not for discussions. Post ONLY factual information.

To provide a comprehensive list of problems encountered, I would suggest that each post lists only one issue at a time.

Provide details of problem  as concisely as possible.

Operating system, machine used and relevant software. i.e. Macbook/ PC/tablet, Windows XP/ iOS7 etc, Safari/Internet Explorer/Chrome inc version No.

Please do not enter into discussions such as "I've had/not had this problem" as this will detract from the objectivity of the thread. Hopefully this thread may assist the IT department in finding where "all the bodies are buried".

PLEASE READ BEFORE POSTING.

I think they may be at TSB for some time. wink

Meanwhile, back on here, things are so slow that I can't remember what I've posted or whether things have gone through.......

It's been like it on and off all day. However, this evening it has started to go backwards.😂

It’s been terrible today and yesterday and seems to get worse as the day goes on.

I checked my broadband speed and it was 70mps download but this site is working at dial up speed.

I logged on a couple of times yesterday. I found that the site was no worse than usual. ---- It's always slow,

Yesterday evening the forum was pathetically slow. Is the rest of the Club's website so busy that it would affect the speed of the forum? I have a high speed broadband connection which was working with everything else but keep getting the message that the webpage was not communicating with my computer! It would be good if we got some sort of answer on this with an action plan.

It has been  a regular occurrence recently. This morning seems better but when moving around the site I have not been able to get pages to load properly.

At New Englad Bay and using site wifi which is classified as bronze. Yesterday evening I was about to switch to mifi. Then I realised that all other sites were fine and it was just this fotum that was slow!

It seemed mainly CT that was a problem. I had a look at the rest of the site and that was responding a lot faster, although like DK I was getting server not responding when trying to access discussions.

I fear they have basically given up on CT and are giving it such limited server priority, that at times when the site is generally busy it will suffer disproportionally.

It maybe slower around the booking date releases? Would be interesting to know why it happens.
