To provide a comprehensive list of problems encountered, I would suggest that each post lists only one issue at a time.

Provide details of problem as concisely as possible.

Operating system, machine used and relevant software. i.e. Macbook/ PC/tablet, Windows XP/ iOS7 etc, Safari/Internet Explorer/Chrome inc version No.

Please do not enter into discussions such as "I've had/not had this problem" as this will detract from the objectivity of the thread. Hopefully this thread may assist the IT department in finding where "all the bodies are buried".

Using my son's Apple desktop currently (waiting for the plumber!) he has FTTP so should be no issue with speed. It seems to be OK at the moment although the initial connection to the website failed!

It's pathetic tonight. I've spent over 1/2 hr trying to respond to a post and nothing happened. It finally went after a 4th attempt.

I agree very bad tonight until about now. It seems that during the evening it's becoming impossible to use. I have noticed lots of duplicate posts.

It's been the same for the last 2 or 3 days, David. It gets worse as the day goes on and sometimes comes back around this time of night.

Duplicate posts abound because the site buffers and freezes so we hit Reply again. Sometimes it duplicates, sometimes it doesn't.

It seems to start speeding up about now. I have given up trying to use it in the middle of the evening, as it is just about unusable due to constant hang ups.
