PLEASE READ BEFORE POSTING.

This thread is not for discussions. Post ONLY factual information.

To provide a comprehensive list of problems encountered, I would suggest that each post lists only one issue at a time.

Provide details of problem  as concisely as possible.

Operating system, machine used and relevant software. i.e. Macbook/ PC/tablet, Windows XP/ iOS7 etc, Safari/Internet Explorer/Chrome inc version No.

Please do not enter into discussions such as "I've had/not had this problem" as this will detract from the objectivity of the thread. Hopefully this thread may assist the IT department in finding where "all the bodies are buried".

PLEASE READ BEFORE POSTING.

I'm inclined to agree unless there is some policy of "never explain, never apologise" a working practice I thought had died out in the sixties?

Not easy to get on line today, lots of server error messages, slow and unpredictable.

They're not on windows xp are they?! tongue-out

If they were on XP a hacker might of felt sorry for us and fixed this fiasco of a system🙄

Don't know what it is like in the UK today. Here in France it is taking about a minute a page to load. OK my link isn't that fast, but other UK sites are taking only 10 to 15 seconds.

Don't know what your complaining about 😉. Clicked like in order to login. Took 4 yes four minutes progress line almost to the end immediately (but couldn't make the last uphill syretch) in the end I hit the like button again and login page appeared. Digested it's breakfast?

Don't know speed at present but Virgin superfast broadband which shoots up every other site but struggles with this one.

for a change, it seems to working at a decent speed here Steve, however the weather is crap and id rather be where you are (with slow, or no, CT) than heading to a windy (and likely to be very wet this week) South Lychett Manor, despite it winning the AA best overall site in the Uk for 2016 and the best MH site for the second year runningwink

Owners Club meet, so thought id make an effort, lolsmile

Just spent nearly an hour composing a story on word.  I also inserted some photos into the text body with idea of copying and pasting the whole lot into the stories section.  That didn't work so copied and pasted the text then set about inserting the photo's, what a performance so just decided to ditched the whole lot.

If we were in the age of quills I could understand but i'm told we are in the 21st centuryyell

It has its moments TG. Yesterday there were times when it was at a standstill. It has been behaving itself today.

Having problems with the web site "jumping" around tonight, different topics and stories seem to appear. Anyone else noticed this?

I can't say it's jumping around.  I don't think it could get up enough energy!!!  It is going soooooooooooooooooooooo slowly it's more likely to decide to go back to bed!
