This thread is not for discussions. Post ONLY factual information.

To provide a comprehensive list of problems encountered, I would suggest that each post lists only one issue at a time.

Provide details of problem as concisely as possible.

Operating system, machine used and relevant software. i.e. Macbook/ PC/tablet, Windows XP/ iOS7 etc, Safari/Internet Explorer/Chrome inc version No.

Please do not enter into discussions such as "I've had/not had this problem" as this will detract from the objectivity of the thread. Hopefully this thread may assist the IT department in finding where "all the bodies are buried".

I didn't go any further than selecting one town; didn't then try to select a different one, I was pleased to get that! Grateful for small mercies and all that

Just tried that now with Essex, selecting Harwich first, then selecting another town. If I click the back arrow on my browser, then try and select another town, I get what you got brue, a list of all towns. However, when I clicked on CLs again, then selected Essex, it gave me the list of just Essex towns.

HP laptop, Vista and Firefox.

There was I thinking you'd cracked it!

I hope the CL section is getting priority, we are now into the second month of the new web site.

We’ve solved the issue of missing CL reviews, and we’ll be working on restoring those over the course of this week and next week.

I’ll continue to keep you updated on fixes as and when

Are you solving the problems of some of those reviews being attached to the wrong CL, never mnd just missing?

A poor review given on a CL ending up on a 5* CL site is no fun for that CL owner.
