This thread is not for discussions. Post ONLY factual information.

To provide a comprehensive list of problems encountered, I would suggest that each post lists only one issue at a time.

Provide details of problem  as concisely as possible.

Operating system, machine used and relevant software. i.e. Macbook/ PC/tablet, Windows XP/ iOS7 etc, Safari/Internet Explorer/Chrome inc version No.

Please do not enter into discussions such as "I've had/not had this problem" as this will detract from the objectivity of the thread. Hopefully this thread may assist the IT department in finding where "all the bodies are buried".

Sometimes when a post is submitted once ,there are multiple copies appearing on the thread. The multiple copy or copies sometimes display a different time of posting from the original.. Very Strange

It should be possible to delete the quotes in the duplicate posts as well as the actual post content.

I find duplication a particular problem on iPhone as the site seems to freeze and then, suddenly, duplicate posts appear. In fact, the whole site is a problem on iPhone. Safari and 9.3.5.

When searching for CLs by map, it automatically loads Club Sites first, you then select CLs, press search, it then loads CLs. Once a CL has been viewed and you wish to return to the view of CLs it takes you back to Club Sites and you have to re-select CLs again, wait for it to load, it takes forever, can it not just go back to CLs.

On the subject of CLs: I know this has been notified in December, but it is still a problem - the filters don't work.  Also, it now appears that reviews for CLs with the same name are mixed up, which can be a real problem for CL owners if there are bad reviews for a CL which doesn't deserve them.

I also did a search for a CL near Harwich and it returned over 2300!  So that part of the search doesn't work either.

Presumably this is all platforms.

If a CL doesn't already have any reviews, it's not possible to leave one.  It simply keeps asking you to 'log in to write a review' but once logged in you still can't leave one!!

I think these problems are occurring with the search filters because a new search is not being selected. The search facility doesn't like you just changing the parameters without setting up a new search. Perhaps the addition of a "clear" button on the search pages as provided on the search by map pages is required. This might be of assitance in stopping the above problems.

I tried to simulate your problem search in the Harwich area and other areas and could not. I am using W7 and Firefox. I got a correct return each time.

The initial CL search works well for me but disintegrates on further attempts. Chrome, windows 10.

That problem appears to have been solved now.  I did initially start it as a new search, then tried twice more, each with the same result of over 2300 CLs.

Now it returns 36 CLs within 20 miles of Harwich, which is much better.

I've just tried again. I typed in a CL search for Cornwall, then selected Wadebridge. The correct CLs appeared. Then I went back to Wadebridge in order to change to another town in Cornwall but a complete uk list of towns appeared. Not working for me yet.
