Good morning. We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience being caused with the implementation of our new booking system. Members and guests are able to make bookings through the new system however this is not the complete experience we have designed.

Please be assured our IT and Technical Teams are working extremely hard to resolve all of the issues as soon as possible.

If I select search by area, then type in an area eg Scarborough= NO results

if I type in a site that I know to be in the Scarborough area if finds it, so you have to know a site name, but if you haven't been to that area before you are stumped

also, the system is pushing you to club sites, I don't want club sites they too expensive

it only works for club sites

You do have to select Scarborough UK from the list (unfortunately it’s at the bottom) If you just input Scarborough it won’t work, as you have found. Using Scarborough UK I get as Peedee has outlined in his reply. I am using an iPad.

Just arrived at Rowntree site the booking on line clearly states “pay on arrival” so why did the balance leave my account at 2.20am this morning, the wardens say you need to click a button, that was done that’s why it says pay on arrival so what’s happening.

They offered me a full refund to my card so I could pay by cash what a system this is.One warden said she had never seen the booking element of the system.

How can you trust the security of your details when the system is totally out of control.

On my iPad I touch the spyglass icon on the website. A search box pops up and in it I type Scarborough and then touch Search.

Just that. Nothing else.

it instantly gives me a list of all tne CLs and Club sites in the area.

It doesn’t push me one way or the other.

Depends what you want. Do what Myself and PD have done and you get 15 results (club sites / CL’s) relatively close to Scarborough and their positions shown on a map. Your way brings up a list of 100 and no indication of where they are in relation to Scarborough without accessing each result.

I am not shouting, but you guys are telling me how to do it an iPad, but I have said not everyone has an iPad, & buy looking at all these 213 pages there are a lot who don't

I am now wondering if the club has designed to only work on an iPhone/iPad

"…IT DOSN'T WORK" That's shouting - check the forum guidelines.

There are various responses but, really, you need to take it up with the club by using the feedback form if the responses by fellow members aren't working for you. They are doing their best to help and not under any obligation to do so.
