Good morning. We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience being caused with the implementation of our new booking system. Members and guests are able to make bookings through the new system however this is not the complete experience we have designed.

Please be assured our IT and Technical Teams are working extremely hard to resolve all of the issues as soon as possible.

You have selected campsite, if you want to find sites in a certain area you select location

Sadly I think "it" is very easily confused.  It's not good enough, it's just about workable if you know exactly what you want but otherwise it's a bear trap.

When I found availability,  the instructions say enter a town  county or 'even UK'. If you put UK you get the message 'enter town or location', so that's another glitch.

I have just done a multiple site booking and for me it all we straight forward , and I haven’t read or looked at all the “how to” videos , I just went straight in and done it and it worked laughing

and no bears were harmed making the booking cool

There are some on here who are determined not to find it usable under any circumstances. I wonder why? Is it just because they cannot cope with change?

There are awful lot out there, ie not on here, who are having great difficulty in booking sites, just look at TP, TH and new ones on this post. They do not have the benefit of your expertise, or that of others on here who have found ways around the mess that is the booking system. Not every member is as computer literate as you and a few others are, and just want to be able to find sites without jumping through loops and watch innumerable videos when they realise that the booking system has chsnge, for the worse in many members opinion.

but the surveys said....

Are you privy to the results of the survey, Peedee, or is it just your take on what has been put forward by those at HO, that want members to believe all that they say?

I think you are right David those who just want one site for their break(if you can find a Uk site),  is what this cobbled together system. seems to be aimed at ,anything else has been ignored
