Renewing Membership

sorry folks this may have been discussed elsewhere but the search engine on this site is rubbish...anyway my problem...tried to renew my membership today online using a one off payment not direct debit and it says web site not found, am i doing it right just clicked thru from my profile renew membership ?????

I agree with InaD that it isn't clear which is why I've persisted in being a nuisance checking this out.

Rufs. Happy to hear an actual renewal price and be proved wrong so no further additional £10 booking fees? That's OK then and some of us will save £10 overall by using DD.

No probs Brue, thanks to you i did some searching around on the club site and came up with this

"Save hundreds of pounds at the supermarket every year

was introduced in Feb, had not seen it before but worth looking into

You will get a reminder about the DD and about non DD membership, the money can't be taken in advance customers of any payment schemes have to be informed of impending transactions or payments due including payment dates.

It's up to members if they want to pay the extra £10 for non DD.

I was generalising not identifying CAMC as a culprit. I am not one who is moaning about increased prices nor the new system introduced, I also said-‘it is no hardship to read the reminder then pay’👍🏻. I fear you misread my post

Hi Rufs, I'm sorry you have been experiencing problems with this. I have spoken to our membership team who have advised it's an issue that members are experiencing currently and it has been raised with our technical team to resolve and rectify as soon as possible.

well yes....somebody has to delete the wrong web address and insert the correct web address at the prompt "PAY NOW", undecided

amazing 1 week on and still this facility does not work, must be getting soft in my old age as i filled in the form and sent by post, costs you more this way as the club very kindly send you an unstamped reply envelopeyell what i did notice is that even though i was logged on, when you select "renew" it sends you to the log on page then you have to go through the process again, but when you hit "pay now" it still sends you to an incorrect web page

and the response from the club is deafening
