Welcome to the Caravan and Motorhome Club.

Ever since we came together as a group of outdoor enthusiasts 110 years ago, our Club has continued on a journey of discovery. It's time for us to make some changes for the better by redefining who we are to help you get the most of the great outdoors.

I’m sure you all have lots of questions, please post your feedback and queries in this thread.

What does our new logo mean? We created a video to explain how we created it:

Oh dear. Those clever marketing people can be very persuasive

Trendy re-branding was the last thing we expected from the Caravan Club surprised

My wife and I have spoken to a few of our caravanning friends and we all unanimously hate the new nothing logo and the new name .How much more can our ruling body embarrass the membership of what we thought of as our Caravan Club ? What a waste of money !

You can see they've tried (and failed) to be cool and trendy with the logo, while binning over one hundred years of the red flag and name, clever marketing wouldn't ignore that.

WHAT HAVE WE DONE !

Instead of changing our name a new club should have formed as the Motorhome Club with dedicated sectors on our sites to leave us caravaners to enjoy some peace from these travelling lorries and Vans!,!,,,

Very sad to see money has been wasted on a re-brand of the Caravan Club. Does anyone else think that the new logo is ugly?

Posted on 22/02/2017 19:47

think the logo is naff,

genuinely looks at a first glance as a new Macdonalds version of it's logo.

had the colours remained as red/green it  would have been better.

Frankly a waste of time and especially my share of the money involved.

Motor homes and caravans and their members have always been welcome and part of our big family but I too think what a big waste of money. All the club flags to be replaced and for a love heart in the middle of a cracked egg as a logo. Wonder who got the mega bucks for conjuring up that. Very disappointed too. A reduction in our membership fee would have been more welcome if they had money to burn.

So sad there wasn't any consultation with the membership. If we are truly considered to be so " vital" to the club leadership this would have taken place. I've been a member off the caravan club for 25 years so not a newbie. Not happy. Reminds me of the launch of consignia!

If the logo is so ikonic of our club why do we need an explanation video?
