We found this site great for walking, the views are fantastic especially if you have a sea view but the wardens are great at letting you move pitches, dogs free on the bus too but the roads can be narrow on the surrounding country roads as we found out when we took the motor home to Bude, would return, very windy but wonderful sunsets. overall a great site in a good location.
Lovely by the Sea
We have visited this site on four occasions and rate this site one of the best out there, it can get windy at times but don't be deterred, the sea air is well worth it, the coastal paths are not too challenging . Pack your camera as sunsets can be spectacular, I wouldn't recommend feeding the gulls as the noise and mess they leave behind far outweighs the benefits. On our way tomorrow for ten nights, can't wait !

Windy site
The site has lovely views as it is right on the coast. It is a very windy site, we did not put our awning up because of this. The main toilet block is up to the usual CC standards but the portacabin toilet and showers on the top field have a lot to be desired. It can be quite a walk to the main block and its facilities. We can recommend the fish & chip van, get there early if the site is busy as there may be a queue.
Cliff Top Views
Lovely well managed site. Good location for walks along coast path or road into Tintagel or Boscastle. Superb views of coast and sea from your pitch. Would visit again.
Cliff top with nice views
Windy site but it is on cliff top. Toilet /shower facilities - main block were up to normal standards but music festival type block were well passed sell by date . Wifi was poor as were mobile receptions .
Buses infrequent ,but nice walk along the cliff tops to Boscastle ,not for faint hearted. Tougher walk to Tintagel .Mobile chip shop 2 nights per week.
You'll get recommended 10,000 steps done!
Stayed here for a week on the field up on the cliff.
Lovely views however as title the walk/bike to the toilet was a bit of a trek. There was music festival style toilets and showers a bit nearer.
Staff really good.
Would recommend Boscastle Farm shop.

Great location with lovely views
We loved this site although we didn't catch one of the premium view pitches :-)
Some of the pitches No. 105 + are somewhat prone and not suitable for motorhomes.
The staff ist very friendly and the facilities even the temporary toilet block were very clean. There is direct access to the coast path to both Tintagel and Boscastle
Poor service and a dangerous speed site.
This is undoubtedly one of the worst sites to try and get a reasonable pitch. Wardens have little idea about controlling movement of visitors and where free availability actually is. Every morning there is a mad scramble for visitors to move and new entries take pot luck or more likely bad luck. This site proves that pitch allocation is urgently needed on many of the caravan club facilities.
This has to be the worst site for inconsiderate speeding. Even the wardens in their irritating mowing machines and buggies do not keep to 5 mph. Many outfits fly down the main avenue at silly speeds and with little regard for the safety of others. It is the worst site I have experienced in over 40 years for this.
Best site we have visited
Very friendly wardens, while we were there for 8 days, somebody arrived at 9 a.m. and was politely told to come back at 12, which I thought was right, and done in a nice way. Fantastic views and sunsets, short drives to Tintagel and Boscastle, well stocked shop on site, we were lucky enough to get a pitch with good views, and also near the toilet block. The temporary toilet block did not seem to be used much and I think the site needs more toilet, dishwashing facilities etc.

Good location
Nice well kept site in good location. Didn't think there was a big enough toilet block, pot wash etc for the size of the site.
