Beautifully landscaped, enabling the wardens to move pitches about to protect the grass. Usual high standard of facilities and maintenance.
Possible to walk to the sea front which is clean. Gravel beach until the tide goes out and reveals the sand. Shopping centre feels tired as do other areas of the town.
Road noise and pollution an issue for us. It is constant from early morning to very early morning next day. CC do warn about this. Nearby retail park adds to traffic but does provide for three supermarkets and several fast food outlets, all within walking distance.
Wi-Fi weak; just enough for emails and surfing slowly.
Arundel Castle worth a trip.
Unlikely to visit again because of traffic and disappointing Bognor. Shame because we liked the site.
very enjoyable stay
lovely site very clean plenty of space , road a little noisy but did not bother us or any one else by the way people spoke. would stay again. children had a fenced off area . wardens very helpful

Very good site....shame about the evening boy racers which is no fault of the site
Rowan Park site is excellent in every way but beware of the road noise.....it seems fine most of the day but the evenings the boy racers appear up the main roads till early hours sometimes. Why they are not watched goodness knows. Other wise the site is excellent in every way .......Facilities are excellent. The wardens are lovely and keep the site spotless...very helpful and friendly.....they work hard to keep the site up to a very good standard. Other than the nightly evening outside entertainment we spent a lovely week here with a lucky good week of weather. Thank you to the site wardens for the excellent standards.
Lovely park
Spent 1 night here over the Bank Holiday and it was lovely. The park is immaculate as are the facilities, impeccable! We did a last minute booking and arrived just before the office closed but the lady at reception was still gracious and helpful. We would definitely stay here in our camper again.
Good site
Just back from 4 days with our grandchildren, last visited 4 years ago. Apart from the road noise which we were more than aware of before our visit I feel I must mention the key system for the shower block. Why a key? Our grandchildren are more than capable of going alone to the loo which was impossible here. A keypad would be just as secure but set at a slightly lower height would enable older children to be independent. Also the play park for a family site is very small.
Regardless we had a great time and the wardens were very helpful and knowledgeable.
Loved it ??
Very friendly greeting , lovely clean site. Yes there is a little bit of traffic noise but it does state where it is, and it really
Is not that noisy. Fantastic location for shops, beach etc . Absolutely loved it, VERY helpful staff , highly recommend. Thank you for a lovely visit ??
So much road noise
We were welcomed by a very friendly lady, and were informed of the pitches available and their location, and informed we could drive round and pick any one we wanted, just inform them of our choice, great start ??
Pitch we picked was a grass serviced pitch, which was nice and level.
The only problem was the noise from the road, which was very intrusive.
Out door activities were ruined by this, and it was all day and evening long, had to sleep with windows shut to obtain a peaceful night .
The site was clean and shower block good, so if you don't mind the noise site is ok.
Noisy site!
Stayed at this site as we were visiting friends nearby. It's on the corner of two busy and it's almost impossible to get away from the noise.
A wet Summer break!
Decided to go East for a change and picked Rowan park because of its closeness to major towns.
The site was clean as always with a CC site. The wardens on booking in were really helpful. Could only book a non awning pitch when we booked but were lucky enough to get one on hard standing. Boy was that lucky! After the first day in rained big time and much of the grass was waterlogged and parts of the site flooded briefly. Despite that the site seemed to cope with it.
Managed to visit Bognor of course, Littlehampton and Chichester. There was only a very small play area for children but those there seemed to make do.
