Well worth it

This is the 3rd time that we have stayed at this site, and we consider it well worth the drive down from Yorkshire. The site is extremely well maintained by the wardens, and the facilities are spotless. Even though part of our holiday was over May Day weekend when the site was full, it still felt very spacious. The area around is very picturesque, and varies from The New Forest proper with beautiful ponies etc, to fantastic coastal areas. This year instead of taking our own bikes we hired them from Bournemouth sea front (only £10 each for 3 hours), and thoroughly enjoyed riding from Bournemouth down to Sandbanks, and then upto Hengistbury Head, and returning the bikes back in Bournemouth - a total of 17 miles, but it's all flat on the sea frontage!  We even took in a show at the Regent Centre in Christchurch! All in all a wonderful holiday, on an exceptional site.

Great location, lots to do

This large site is really well laid out and flat, with shrubs now starting to get established in the pleasing landscaping, good choice of pitches and beautifully clean toilets and showers, well stocked reception shop. Close to big seaside resorts and quieter beaches, great cycling and  lots to do for children as well as enjoying the forest itself, we go back time and again

Excellent Caravan Site

The Centenary Site is an ideal location to explore the New Forest and East Dorset. The Motor Museum at Beaulieu is a good day out too. Visit the 3 Tuns in Bransgore for a great village pub, good food and cask conditioned ales.  It all makes for an excellent weekend away or longer.

Great site

We were very pleased with the site. It was spotlessly clean (especially toilet/washroom/shower facilities) and very well organised. The staff were very friendly, pitches were good sized and didn't overlook each other and facilities even included a cycle wash area. It was nice and quiet, and located well for walking and cycling. Wifi access was good, and the little shop stocked a good range of products. Overall superb, and we will be going back again.

Pleasant well run site in the lovely surroundings of the New Forest. we love walking in the countryside with the dog and there are numerous local country pubs that serve excellent evening meals.

A fantastic break.

This site is brilliant, it was our first time there and will most certainly use again as I visit my old schoolboy haunts of Somerford, Christchurch and all surrounding and brilliant areas. The site and facilities are kept in an immaculate condition and staff were very friendly and helpful. If all club sites are this good it's going to be a great return to caravaning for my wife and myself. Well done Caravan Club !

Beautiful site

This is an excellent site set in beautiful countryside. It is well kept and quiet yet within easy reach of Lindhurst and Christchurch. This was our first visit and we will be coming back.

Excellent 8 day stay!

This site never disappoints. This was my second visit and the site was immaculate, the wardens welcoming, cheerful and helpful, prepared to go above and beyond (I lost one set of car keys and they helped me to try and find them....in the rubbish!) The location is perfect for New Forest walking with my 3 Labradors and visits to the beautiful coast and Purbeck Peninsula. I'm sure I'll be back!

Quiet weekend

Everything on this site is immaculate and the wardens are very friendly and helpful. Although the play park was very good, there weren't many other kids for mine to make friends with but this made it a peaceful and quiet weekend for us all. The site's treasure hunt was great though and my two are now confirmed Tourer Explorers! Being flat there aren't great views but you are right in the forest and so plenty of walks and cycle paths are on the doorstep but also no pubs or shops nearby. No main road noise means it's a definite one to recommend for peace and quiet and we would be happy to visit again.
