Smashing site

Spacious pitches in beautiful surroundings, a stones throw from sandy beaches. One of the loveliest sites we have visited in many years of caravaning. The Wardens are hard working and very welcoming especially as they didn't have any assistants at the time of our visit. Certainly a site we would travel the length of the country to visit. The toilets and facilities with the exception of the Wi-Fi were immaculate and the Wardens even worked extensively to get the Wi-Fi working when it broke down.

Beach Site

Recently stayed at this location and found it meets all the club expectations and would strongly recommend it for a peaceful stay particularly if the weather is good. However I would like it if the wardens could arrange for daily papers to be ordered as some sites do. The nearest outlet is some 4 miles away.

Peaceful

Lovely site, well maintained. Perfect setting close to beach, areas divided with beautiful gorse bushes Nice area for biking - quite roads Delighted at the price for the night, more realistic than most of other club sites charging above £20+ Same facilities - same friendly welcome - toilet blocks very clean - tarmac access roads and grass well maintained YET sensible price - perfect

Peace and quiet

Just had three lovely nights at New England Bay, very relaxing, couldn't fault the site, sat on the beach with segregated pitch sites, perfectly laid out for privacy. May be a bit too quiet for some people but suited us down to the ground. A great base to explore the area and the beautiful countryside and beaches. The only part that wasn't perfect was the weather but it didn't stop us doing what we wanted, would visit again

Excellent caravan site with one fault

Just been and stopped for 3 nights it was fantastic only let down by bad dog owners who don't pick up after their dogs not on the actual sight but on the dunes and beach not the caravan sites fault as it also a public beach the site itself is spotless with huge pitches but wifi is touch and go if you want good wifi pitch under one of aerials or like my teenage daughter sit under one. Will defiantly be back

New England Bay wonderful family holiday.

My self my wife and 4 children 10, 7, 4, 3 all had a wonderful holiday great costal walks, wonderful site, lovely wardens, beautiful views. Port Patrick defenetly worth a visit wee fish chip van on the harbour was wonderful. Just for your convenience stop at lidle supermarket for supplies at Stranraer before you head down to New England bay save your self around 15 mile return journey for food etc. Great site so relaxing will definitely be back :-)

Great Site

Despite the awful weather we had a great time at New England Bay. We only stayed two nights as it was wet, very windy and had low cloud reducing visibility. The facilities on this site are excellent and we bought table tennis bats, and balls, from the site shop and also used the pool table. It was a good laugh as we were rubbish at both but really enjoyed it. The staff were very cheerful and helpful as they are on most sites. The whole site is well maintained. We paid a visit to Port Logan where there is a lovely little harbour with an interesting lighthouse that was actually a bell tower. The Port Logan Marine Life Centre was excellent and John the volunteer guide made it really interesting. It is well worth a visit. We will be coming back another time to explore the Mull of Galloway, when visibility is above 20 yards and also Logan Gardens.
