Great Site, Already booked a return!

Great site, Great Location! Stayed over Bank holiday weekend. Site is immaculate and the wardens really do put the effort in. Kids area is possibly the best we have ever seen. Pitches can be a little tight to get on without a mover, we had to man handle on but no big issue. Facilities spotless although fellow campers should learn to squeegee the shower after use :). Already booked our return and looking forward to it.

Great site!

A great site which is suitable for everyone. The wardens are particularly helpful, flexible and accommodating. Thank you for a lovely stay. We'll be back!  ????? :-)

Great location

A very well located site within 5/10 minutes walk of the town which has some excellent little shops, cafes and pubs - everyone in the town was very friendly - the Greek deli and Belgian waffle cafe were particular highlights! The site itself is very nice - usual good standard and clean facilities as expected from the Club. On the negative side, most of the pitches are on the narrow side and there is some road noise from the A44 if you're on the pitches near to the road.

Very pleasant stay

Nice site, close to town. Friendly helpful staff. Showers and loos are spotless. Just a little road traffic noise, but nothing to complain about. We will most likely return at some point

Thoroughly enjoyable.

Stayed from 7th to 10th May.  Was very lucky with the weather.  The facilities were spotlessly clean and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.  The dog run is brilliant.  It is just a 5 minute walk into Moreton in Marsh town/village which has an assortment of cafe's and pubs.  The camp site is very easy to access as the entrance is on a main road (which is perfect when towing).  I will definitely visit again.  The staff were very friendly and accommodating.  Thanks to all the staff. I have scored a low score for "good for families" as I cannot really comment on whether it is good or not as I was on my own with my dog.

Good site

We booked this site to be able to walk into the village to be able to watch Leicester pick up the premier league title.  Excellent for position.  Slight road noise from a busy road, so perhaps alittle noise reducing fence panel's would be idea.  Site it's self is clean tidy and excellent kept

Suited us fine!

Pleasantly surprised after reading some reviews. Yes, pitches were possibly on the tight side but as we were out & about most days, this didn't bother us so much. On the whole the site was very clean and well managed. (Just one occasion where I found most of the toilets in one block had been blocked with toilet paper and litter left lying on the floor/around sinks – but that's unlikely to be the fault of the wardens!) It's location is handy for the town and walks nearby and there's so much to do/see that we couldn't fit it all in. Our dog loved the huge dog field for a run – possibly the best dog area we've encountered so far. We hadn't any youngsters with us but the play area looked pretty good too. All in all, we'd have no hesitation in returning.

Good Experience

A very clean, well laid out site. Excellent facilities and within easy walking distance of village. We stayed for a week in April and were treated to a variety of weather systems from thunder and hail to sunshine and snow - sometimes all in the one day. Our holiday highlight was the outstanding service shown to us by Wardens Bev and Simon when we had a problem. They were extremely helpful and accommodating and made a tricky situation much better.
