What a little gem!

Never been to Malvern before, booked this site and was not sure. However this is a lovely site. The location is ideal, there are lovely country walks direct from the site, a great pub only a mile away which has a path to it. The site itself is very clean and well organised. It is also about 20 minutes from the Malvern hills which are lovely. Would book again no probs.

Nice quiet site

Booked this site as I had a Morgan Experience day booked as a 70th birthday present. We were very lucky as the weather was fantastic, dry, sunny and very warm. Pitches are well spaced and mostly quite level, (helpful for us as our motor mover had given up the ghost the day before we set off!!) A small amount of noise during the evenings as some motorcyclists decided that everybody in the area should be able to listen to their latest toys, but that's no fault of the site. The only downside is I'm sorry we both decided to purchase WiFi access. A real waste of time as it only worked infrequently, so, unless you really need WiFi access, don't waste your money. We were near the entrance just after you enter the site, (pitch 14 I think) and phone reception was almost non existent, (Tesco network). I wouldn't normally mind, but I needed to phone my caravan dealer as our water pump packed up but couldn't. Technology aside, this is a nice, well maintained site and I will happily return for the Malvern Show next year.

Midweek Break

We stayed for one night in early June as a stopover on our way to Somerset and felt there was so much to do in the area that we came back for 4 nights in August. The site was excellent once again. We stayed on a grass pitch by the playing field. It was great and perfectly level. Wardens were very attentive and friendly and the site was run very efficiently and professionally. One of the highlights was a visit to the Morgan cars factory. Well worth the fee for the tour. We also visited Gloucester and Cheltenham as the site is only 1/2 hour away from either. For a nice dinner we recommend the Plough and Harrow. Great menu, food and service was very attentive. In summary, a great site, well located for the Malvern Hills. Will definitely return.

Excellent Site

If the club website was as well run as Malvern hills site I would be a very happy bunnie. Simple please put leave a review at a site at top of the members login page so I do not have to go thru the wringer to leave a review. Simple!! Anyway great site and staff during our stay during in August despite them being very busy. We used it to finish a very enjoyable Malvern Show and will come again.

Just the Ticket

Had tickets for a show at the Three Counties Showground and this site was ideal. Have stayed in the Malverns before but on a CL. This Club site is large and we did wonder how noisy etc it might be but we had a lovely 6 nights. Facilities clean (2 blocks) plus additional water/recycling points. All the staff we had contact with were friendly and helpful. A motorhomer who had pitched incorrectly near us (presumably a novice) was approached and advised by one of the team - perfectly appropriate and friendly manner. Handy site for walks, cycling and Nat Trust/English Heritage.

A great place to stay.

This was our first time at Malvern Hills. We only stayed 2 nights but look forward to coming back for a longer visit. The site was busy but still offered plenty of space if limited options on choice of pitch. We did arrive on a Friday afternoon though so it was expected. The staff were lovely and we were very impressed with the dog walking area as was our dog Bonnie.

Good site

We have two slight grumbles. Firstly, we feel the dog walk area is both sub standard and very inconvenient. It was that far away from our pitch that it was a waste of time going there. It is too small let your dog off lead to have a run. Secondly, we found some of the staff to be over officious to the point of one warden coming to our pitch with a tape measure to make sure we were pitched correctly. As it happened, we were but felt that to be unnecessary. Apart from that, a nice, clean site in a good location.

Late break

We choose a hard standing pitch on arrival as it had been rather wet and the forecast for next few days was similar, though the grass pitches all looked nice and spacious. Site staff are nice and friendly. There’s a nice walk into Hanley Swan, where there’s a small village store and post office and a very popular pub. For those that enjoy shopping Malvern and Great Malvern are nearby. There are numerous walks in the hills and plenty of car parks. The views on a clear day are spectacular. This is a site we will definitely return to again

Nice and peaceful

A large site but laid out in such a way that it feels you are in a smaller area. It was full when we were there a few days ago but the facilities were never crowded and always clean and tidy. Nice dog walk and the surrounding area is lovely to explore.

large impersonal site.

We stayed for 5 nights recently. The site covers a large area on two levels. Plenty of choice of grass and hard standing. Some pitches have great views of the Malvern Hills but some don't. Take time to choose your pitch. Grumbles include lack of bin emptying points, they seem to be centralised and are not convenient. The dog walking area is very poor and frankly not worth the effort. Placed on the far edge of the site, some distance from many pitches, it is under trees and muddy paths covered in bark chippings. Dirty particularly when wet, little point in a dog area if dogs have to be on a lead. very inconvenient. With so much space its a shame a grassed area isn't available. The site pays lip service to being dog friendly. The club WiFi isn't worth the money. Avoid. not just hopelessly intermittent but unusably slow. This is being mis-sold. Mobile connectivity is also very patchy. Who thought E was still a thing? Don't rely on anything if you have to work or need to be in touch with the outside world. Grassed areas were in need of more regular cutting, not as well looked after as many sites we've stayed on that are cut daily. Positives? Easy access. Great pub/restaurant in Hanley Swan really recommend. Good family pub also nearby is the Plough and Harrow. Eastnor Park has something for everyone. Will we come back? Maybe but not with the dogs.
