Stayed here for 4 nights with our grandaughter. Its a great family site & the facilities are stunningly clean. The wardens are so kind & friendly BUT they should walk around at least once a day to check that rules are being kept. I say this as down a couple pitches & opposite us a van with 3 cars arrived, parked everywhere. Then they allowed their dog to just roam around & it weeded up caravans & awnings. Their toddler twins were not watched & started to fiddle with aquarolls on someone else's van. To cap it all they sat up to well after midnight. Had the wardens walked around they would have seen the cars & the unteathered dog. The people next to them asked them to put the dog on the lead & they were abusive back. Scared everyone. Luckily we left the next day. Having said that we would return to the site.
Brilliant Site Brilliant Site staff
We had the most brilliant stay at Longleat at the beginning of June We are sending this review to thank ALL the site staff for their unending task of keeping the site spick and span. Nothing was to much trouble they all were very pleasant very polite and very happy to help with any problem we had. It was lovely to go to sleep listening to the Lions Roar. The site is wonderful the toilets were always in tip top order a Credit to the Staff Thanks to all at Longleat from Ian and Carol Trowbridge
First class !
Just returned home: First visit and will definitely go again. Perfect location for Longleat - make good use of the club discounts! Very helpful staff & excellent information room.First class facilities. We arrived after 1pm as requested on site and it is very narrow in places on the approach rd and towing a caravan I would not like to meet another 'tourer' coming the other way as there are few passing places.
Excellent stay.
Fantastic location - in the wild
Stayed April 18 for 4 nights with kids aged 11 and 9
Excellent location and walked into Longleat Safari Park - so convenient.
However still fantastic to explore on the other days we stayed.
Nice walks around the site and once Longleat itself closed the estate roads are quiet and scenic in order to explore on a bike.
Wonderful experience hearing the Lions roaring at night !
Will be back.
Stayed May 2018
This was our third stay at this site over the past 4 years and it gets better each time we visit. wardens very friendly and helpful, the site is kept to a very high standard and would recommend it to all - well worth a visit. But do ensure you keep to the arrival and departure times to avoid any mishaps on the narrow entry / exit road.

Longleat May 2018
Super site, great location, used for a 2 day safari park trip.
Only spoiler was the stench and noise coming from Longleat Safari Park compost area, just behind the 90s pitches, was proper stinky.
Longleat stay, May 2018
very friendly site, wardens are very helpful and informative.
site was well kept and very tidy.
great family site.
you can hear some of the safari park animals as you are very close to the lake and seals.
first class.
Excellent Site
Stayed here 2016 and its a very quiet, private site, literally next door to Longleat House and just down the road from the Safari Park.

Speechless
Where do you start, best start with the wardens who without there dedication, the site wouldn't be so clean. Toilets immaculate grounds kept in good order, but what impressed us more was the layed back way they greeted us, The great smile when greeting us and showing us to our peg.
Imagine this a warm sunny evening sat outside the caravan with a large class of red wine, the smell of wild garlic floating on the air. The sound of roaring lions yes roaring lions, the seals shouting for there dinner, and numerous other animal sounds fantastic.
Great for families lots of little towns and villages to explore. The white horse not far away.
A truly back to nature site run by a team of professionals who do the caravan and motorhome club, proud. Well done wecwill be back.

May Day Break
First time ever to this site and what a beautiful site it is. Ok, there were families with children playing, but it was bank holiday weekend. Took advantage of the Longleat discount offer - great saving and highly recommend.
Would love to visit more 'off season' time to enjoy the tranquility.
Phone signal is poor but that doesn't matter - wouldn't overly say that the WIFI is 'Silver' either - more Bronze in my opinion.
