A very nice site, beautifully maintained. Had a serviced, hard standing pitch all great.
Just one thing ... Adjacent road is quite noisy!!
Great for kids and very friendly staff
We have just returned from littlehampton after a 3 night break away. It was clean well kept and the staff very friendly.
Pitches are very well presented and the dog walk it amazing.
The draw backs are road noise it's on a very busy road which makes it difficult to cross.
My only other gripe were some of the older kids were spoiling the fun of the younger ones and using foul language, a bit more parental guidance needed.. not so free range. This could happen on any site.
well done to staff for running a very nice site we will be back
Excellent Site
This Site is First Class . The staff went out of their way to be helpful .They really worked hard and it showed throughout the Site .The local area was a bit disappointing but there were many places to visit not far away , especially Chichester which was a gem .National Trust properties were not far away and warranted a visit .

Perfect Site
Very good site,Staff were very helpful, and could not do enough for us.Pristine pitches and facilities.Close to Arundel,Bognor Regis, and Chichester,so plenty to see and do.
Will be back again in the very near future. Many thanks to all the staff for a great stay.
Brilliant
Very well kept site, clean toilet block, really.enjoyed our stay, but, the noise from the Six Bells public house (1800-0030~) was unbearable on the Saturday night.
Excellent
Our second stay at this site very easy to get to, plenty to do and see around the area. The site is clean and tidy, a little noise from trains/ traffic on occasion but not enough to stop the overall feeling of peace. The Warden's are so friendly and helpful. We will be back.

Littlehampton revisited
Having lived in Littlehampton for many years before moving to France we took the oppotunity to use this site as a base for visiting our children and grandchildren.
The site is excellent, very clean, plenty of facilites for showering and washing up, no shortage of hot water even late at night.
Our young grandchildren were allowed to visit during days and loved using the fabulous playground.
The only downside is the noise of passing traffic and trains.
But having said that we shall return again.

Great site
Site is situated very close to supermarket, fair rides, beach, towns, attractions etc. Everything you need. Only downfall is that its close to a railway crossing which makes it difficult to exit or enter the site when waiting for a train to go through. Also large queues form outside as the recycling centre is only around the corner.
But, we had a great time.
Easter Break
This is the first time using this site and found it very clean and tidy. The toilets and showers were spotless. The site is ideally located to explore the surrounding area but a little too far to walk to the beach for us. The kids enjoyed crabbing at the mouth of the harbour. We took our two grandsons to the Old Docks at Portsmouth twice. The first time to visit the Victory, the Mary Rose, and the second time to have a guided tour of a submarine and to visit the Warrior. One entry fee covers all year as often as you like. Our ticket allowed us to take three children at any time and different children if needs be. We also visited an Air museum and Herstmanzeux Science Park. The boys aged 7 and 10 were fascinated with all three attractions and loved the crabbing and the Park on the site where they made lots of friends. I do agree with another review that children and Adults tended to walk through other pitches to get to their own. We did not have that problem as we were on pitch 2 a boundary pitch. However, some people may be put off by the noise of the traffic and train early in the mornings., but it did not bother us. The waste disposal, water taps and dust bin areas were plentiful and conveniently placed throughout the park. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Great Site, clean, well kept and very friendly
We stayed here over the 2017 Easter Break, the wardens and staff were very friendly and recommended a great pitch when we told them we were new to caravanning. The facilities were spotless and site really well looked after. The location was brilliant for exploring the local area, coast and South Downs only minutes away.
The only slight issue we had was with etiquette where we found groups of kids tearing around on their bikes, short cutting through our pitch (including some adults) and playing hide and seek behind our caravan...but it was the first bank holiday of the season so I'll put it down to general excitement and it wouldn't put us off going again
