Great first choice!

As absolute beginners we chose too well and have been spoiled with this wonderful site. Our expectations have been set so high that this site will be very, very hard to beat. From the warm friendly welcome on arrival to the cheery good bye, the time spent at Incleboro Fields is simply great. There is a wonderful atmosphere and the grounds are well kept with beautiful flower borders and cheery displays across the site. Staff could not be more friendly and helpful, offering useful advice on local information, to helping 'idiot newbies' (that's us!) sort their kit out. The site and its facilities is immaculately clean and it is a joy to wake up to the bird song and see the wildlife roaming freely during the day. The village has a lovely pub, nice tea rooms, a few shops and a wonderful camping & caravanning shop that is also nice to newbies! We absolutely loved it, didn't want to come home and can't wait to come back.

Simply the best!

We’ve been to many CMC sites but In Incleboro is definitely the best. Plenty of pitches in several different areas of the Site. Shower and toilet facilities are spotless and warm! Staff were excellent in every way. Within 5mins walk is a hotel with excellent restaurant, a pub that has lovely food and the little cafe, Clementines, is fantastic for breakfast and lunch. There is also a well stocked camping shop. Sheringham can be reached on foot in 30 mins via a a coastal path, worth a visit especially the cafe on the sea wall near the life boat museum. Cromar is 45mins walk but most of it is on a pavement. The only negative during our stay was, once again, irresponsible dog owners who put responsible dog owners in a bad light. Please remember, grassed areas are not for dogs to use as a toilet. Dog walking areas are provided for that so please keep your dogs on a path until you can access the dog walking areas. A message for all CMC Wardens, when customers check in, ask if they have a dog and if they do, give the customer a copy of the leaflet.

Birthday Delight......

Our second visit to this fantastic site, close enough to walk to the beach and pub! Check out the Dormy House Hotel, great veranda with a windscreen overlooking the sea.... If you like to cycle take your bike and try the routes shown here, but dont be fooled and think that Norfolk is flat!! http://www.norfolkcoastaonb.org.uk/partnership/norfolk-coast-cycleway/388

Annual Visit

We've been coming to Incleboro Fields every Easter for many years; this must have been the wettest yet but the wardens were actively helping people on and off pitches with a smile and a helping hand. Two comments - same as last year:- - We use the toilet block nearest the entrance; it is spotlessly clean but which 'man' decided it would be a good idea to put the hairdryers next to the hand-washing sinks - ewwwww! That really needs a re-think. - It is frustrating that the main toilet block is closed for cleaning just as most people are departing; yes, we could drive round to the other side but it's a pain - if they really must be cleaned in that order, maybe just for Bank Holiday weekends there could be some flexibility to suit the members' needs before a long trip home. Thanks. Great stay, we'll be back as usual.

Terrific site, tremendous staff!

We've been visiting Incleborough Fields for many years, it is our default location for a long weekend. The location is great, with easy walks to Sheringham and Cromer on the cliffs or the beach. The station is 5 minutes away for trains to Norwich, ideal for a rainy day. The head warden changed last year, and this year he has a great support team. They are genuinely happy to see you, they engage with you, share a joke and always acknowledge you. The site is in fantastic condition, well looked after and tidy. The whole place is a credit to Perry and his happy gang. My only gripes are inconsiderate campers who ignore the rules, like the one way routes and allowing dogs to roam free (and foul anywhere). The wardens have even had to add a sign to the waste bin in the toilet blocks to tell people not to use them for dog waste, unbelievable! We'll be back soon...............

Just got home

Just got home from a great may holiday break. We have been to this site more times than i can remember but on this occasion arrived early as traffic was less than expected. It was soon bought to our attention that you cannot arrive before 13.00hrs which is something i was never aware of. We were asked to wait which did not bother us. The odd thing was if it was because of the single track road does that mean once you are on the site you cannot leave until after 8.00pm when all the caravans have arrived? I checked and it took me half hour to find where it states about arrival time. A word of advice if you dont want people to arrive early dont put the sign that says this after the turning by the golf club because once you have turned in and read it you cant reverse back out!!! Anyway rant over. Great site. Great weather. Great time. (Apart from being asked to slow down driving up the 1:12 hill , i drive as part of my job and know how fast 5 miles an hour is!!) even with all this our weekend was not spoilt. Would we go back again? You bet your life we will in a few weeks maybe at tge correct time and correct speed....sorry
