Autumn Break

Have just spent 7 nights on this site, our 2nd visit this year. As always the site and facilities were well kept .The hard working staff were all friendly and helpful. We had a bonus with the lovely weather and the many local walks were enjoyable. For the first time we visited the Horse sanctuary in West Runton , well worth it.

Best holiday for years

We have just come back from one of the best sites we have stayed at . . . ever! All staff on site were just amazing, polite and very friendly. The site was so clean and the facilities were brilliant. What made it all the better was the wonderful features such as bunting in the service blocks, the little gardens around the site and the atmosphere created. As for its location, it is perfectly located. With views of the sea in the distance and the walking paths all around the area over the fields and hills. It was the perfect place for us to stay. We didn't have good weather when we stayed, but this showed that the pitches stand up to the severe elements really well. We loved it so much, we are going to book again and again and again!!!!!!

Fabulous

This is a fantastic site; very quite. Good location with excellent transport. The washing facilities are absolute marvellous; very clean. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We will be returning to Incleboro fields. The only negative part of our holiday is that we had a meal at the 'Village Inn'; very disappointing. Food and Service very poor.

Fabulous site

We have been to Incleboro three times this year, we love it so much. Location, ( beautiful and quiet) facilities ( which, being new, are second to none !) staff ( so friendly and go that extra mile )....we absolutely can’t fault anything. We have toured quite a bit this year, and have visited 3 other Caravan and Motorhome club sites. Each were up to expected standards , good clean facilities and friendly staff etc- but each time we said “ nice, but not Incleboro “!! We are fortunate that we only live a couple of hours drive away so we can and will, make several visits again next year.

Wonderful, welcoming site in a superb location

We had a fortnight's holiday here, returning just after the bank holiday weekend. First of all the welcome. Before you even enter the reception to book in, you already feel welcomed with the beach huts and welcome/happy holiday signs. The wardens are all lovely & we had a very pleasant and professional book in. These wardens really understand that you are on holiday and treat you as such. It does make such a difference. No barked orders and warnings here. Not only are they pleasant and helpful at all times they have a fantastic work ethic. Yes there are 4 pairs of wardens, but this is a big site almost in 2 halves. There are about 6 hard standings and the rest are all on grass. This is no problem as the ground is very fast draining. We always choose hard standings elsewhere but love being on grass here. The wardens are out as soon as people leave cutting the grass, so no long grass here. They also have a massive job trimming all the vegetation back and cleaning 4 loo blocks. We had a superb pitch with a sea view on one of the terraces. Yes you do need blocks on lots of the pitches. I'm sure the club could flatten out some of the worst pitches. We walked a lot of the coastline over the 2 weeks. The walks are great and we saw the seals several times. There is excellent transport if you want to use the train or the coast hopper bus service. We will definitely return again next year.

As the song says Simply the best better than all rest

This site is just right the wardens are great and very helpful. The toilets and shower always clean. Nice play area for grand children Nice walks all around Very relaxing Just one small problem from the men in our party say the toilets say in the Fair Lady block are so cramped that it is difficult to reach the toilet roll !!

Pretty seaside themed site

We have just returned from a 4 night stay over the bank holiday and found the site to be immaculate even when completely full. We loved the seaside theme and the displays were quirky, fun and so well kept. We loved the addition of the dog wash - perfect for after the beach days- every site should have one! Great site for those that love walking - we never used the car in 4 days as we walked to Cromer, Sheringham and Felbrigg Hall. One of our favourite sites !

A lovely break

This was a busy site when we got there with not many pitches spare. We managed to find a really nice quiet spot tho. It is a tiered site and you will definitely need levelling blocks. The site is very well kept and the facilities spotless. A good location, close to both Sheringham and Cromer. We did find the golf tee off point close to the entry/exit a bit worrying at times tho!

Norfolk Gem

Our favourite Norfolk site. The facilities were spotlessly clean. We were there for the first two weeks in August and with the recent hot weather the pitches had suffered. I agree with a comment made by another member that after a few days of rain the bare pitches could turn into a mud bath. Perhaps a few more hard standings would help in this matter. The location is great for exploring the North coast of Norfolk as well as Marriots Way (walking and cycling) and the Bure Valley railway cycle path.

A near miss

We have travelled the length, breadth and in the middle of Norfolk and we love it. This year we decided to go back to Cromer and as many on here will know it’s not the easiest site to get on, so we decided to give here a go....thank goodness we did, it is perfect. Lovely food in the golf club, fresh and reasonable, a lovely little tearoom in the centre of the village food delicious, a central pub with a huge beer garden...all dog friendly. A cafe by the beach with lovely views to enjoy your drink then the train station at the end of the lane making it an easy trip if you do not feel like walking or driving to Sheringham and Cromer and beyond. The site is beautiful a lovely seaside theme from the minute you enter and through the site, a lovely walk around the site too with views of the sea. The wardens went over and above to help us out when our dog took seriously ill and we had to the local vets ASAP...we can not thank them enough for their help when we needed it and checking on us throughout as well. Toilets spotlessly clean at all times...can not rate this site and wardens high enough and look forward to our long drive back again in the future.
