Worth a visit.

We have recently had a lovely week at this site. It is well maintained and laid out with attempts to provide extra privacy by planting hedges between pitches. The facilities were kept clean and with 3 separate blocks on the site you are never too far away from one. Free Wi-Fi is available in the site office with a comfortable seating area provided or if you are pitched close enough, as we were, you can pick it up in your van! The area itself gives lots of choice for days out with Warwick, Stratford, and Leamington Spa all close by. You could hear some noise from trains and planes but it wouldn't put us off going back; still a tranquil site.

Lovely site

Just returned from a 5 day break at this site.  What a find, well located and within easy reach of the M40.  I know there are planes passing overhead at certain times but not a problem. The pitches are well spaced out and the toilet/washrooms kept spotless.  Will certainly return next year.

Brill

Just returned from this site over Easter 4night stay. Weather wasn't good, however the site was just brilliant, it's very evident the owners work very hard to achieve the standards. Can't agree with previous reviews, all we could here was silence , apart from the little lambs bleating, bless em. Lovely pubs in the village of Habury , try the Crown inn lovely food and very abligeing . Will visit again, not a lot for the kids though . Well done to all staff , you deserve the business wish all sites were like this . Many thx .

Won't be the llast visit!

Being an hour from home and ideally located for Warwick, Stratford and Leamington we thought we'd give this site a try for a weekend break, sure glad we did! The site is surrounded by the farm and rolling countryside, yes you can occasionally hear a train or plane in the distance but where can't you in these times? The pitches were all spacious with their own tap, drainage and electricity, TV reception is good. The site is very attractively laid out, with plenty of grass between pitches and on the site in general, I'm sure they could put in extra pitches if they wanted to but customer experience appears to win over profiteering, what a pleasant change! We will definitely be returning in the summer months, hope it's not full!

Went out of our way to stay again!

Love this site! It is clean, well cared for and very peaceful. Yes, planes do occasionally fly over, but not often enough to be a problem. There is a lovely farm walk around the site. The facilities are lovely and clean, with plenty of hot water. The pitches are excellent, with each one having its own fresh water point as well as hook up. Wifi is available on site. It is very conveniently located for various places of interest. We had found this site by chance, and stayed for 3 nights in the first week of our touring holiday. We actually went out of our way to stay again on the second week, but unfortunately could only manage one night. We really love this place, and we will certainly be back again at the first opportunity. Highly recommended.

One of the best (in our opinion)

Perfect site for us, not bothered at all by plane/road noise (we live on a main road close to an airport!) great location. Warm welcome and check in no problem. Brilliant wet room showers, very clean, only small niggle being nowhere for us oldies to sit and dry our feet - note to self: take stool next time! Possibly not so good for children requiring entertainment.

Already looking at returning

We recently stayed here for 3 nights and have no complaints whatsoever.  The facilities are lovely and clean.  My 8 year old was a little bored at times, however once he found a playmate he was fine.  If you're taking children (especially one) then take things to occupy them.  Some of the reviews said about noise; we didn't have any problems at all.  The pitches are pretty flat and serviced well.

Not as quiet as people have said.

This was our first visit to this site. The pitches are all serviced, ideal for ease. The toilets and showers are adequate and clean. We experienced noise from regular aircraft, trains not far from the site, and also loud cars and motorbikes racing around the nearby roads late on some evenings. The biggest negative was the fact that people who are working and staying on site are going off very early in the morning, we were woken by this at 6.30 am. Otherwise, the site is in a lovely location with very helpful staff, but would think twice about returning.

Great location if not so quiet as has been reviewed

This is a lovely spot to pitch up in the middle of open fields and well spaced pitches. The Loo blocks (3) look old from the outside and have different facilities in each but the middle one has the biggest wetroom type showers I have ever seen on a campsite and are kept very clean. There is some road noise from the M40 and regular diesel Goods trains pass close by as well as the odd aircraft overhead, so it is not quite as quiet as has been suggested, but in between the trains and if the wind is not blowing road noise in your direction, it is very quiet. :-)

Excellent 5 Nights

We stayed at the site for 5 nights in order to visit Warwick, Stratford-on-Avon and Coventry.  Very easy to get to all the locations from the site.  The site itself was just what we wanted: quiet, clean and friendly, plus wifi for checking/planning our trips.  We will certainly stay there again if we need to be in the area.
