Initially I thought this site was fairly expensive for what was.But after visiting the NEC from here for the Caravan and Motorhome show the more I liked the site.
It is very handy for Stratford Upon Avon, Warwick and Leamington Spa,and the history of British Leyland from the Musuem at Gaydon a short drive away.
Shopping is well covered as well.It may be rather remote for Motorhomers, but these seemed to outnumber caravans anyway.
All pitches hard standing with a pea gravel, all with water and drainage. The site signpost is visible but low down,so just look out for the two bus stop signs beforhand.
The only thing I was not sure about was the walk into Harbury,I followed the footpath out but ended up on the main road as it goes up into Harbury so for this short stretch I had to walk on the road.
Would I return,it is certainly up there with the best.
First time but not the last...
This is a really excellent small AS close to Royal Leamington Spa but in a rural location. It is very peaceful with friendly and helpful staff and excellent facilities. We stayed here mainly because of its proximity to the NEC for the Caravan Show but there is so much to do here within a small radius we will definitely return. A novelty, and much appreciated, were the wood-fired pizzas on Friday evening - a pleasant change from the ubiquitous visiting chippy that we normally look forward to on our various weekend jaunts.

Back again....!!!
We find ourselves booking at this site again, which must be a firm indication that we like this site! The staff are always very pleasant and helpful. Even though the pitches are fully serviced, the site has a very relaxed and informal air about it. The pitches are nicely spaced and the owners have taken the trouble to provide screening around the pitches. Although easily accessible from the M40. the site is nice and peaceful. We enjoyed the Friday night Pizzas too. The site forms part of a working farm, which is an added attraction. We always look forward to visiting.
Great Stay at Harbury Fields
We've just had 5 nights at this lovely, welcoming AS. Very easy access from the B4455 Fosseway. All serviced pitches HS with pea gravel so comfortable for walking on, and the pitches at the top of the site, near reception, are all bordered by maturing hedges. You will notice a bit of noise from the nearby rail line, but it's nothing too intrusive. Not much in the way of walking direct from the site, although the farm walk around the field perimeters is a great feature - fenced, so you can let your dog of the lead if you dare, but do be very aware of the large number of sheep and lambs in the surrounding fields. There's even a tantalising view of Chesterton Windmill -it looks as if you should be able to walk there easily but in fact it's a 3 mile drive round the lanes. Very much worth it on a clear day, though for the 360° views. There are three wash areas and the washroom by reception must be one of the best I've used at any site - a shower even better than my home one! Very good home cooked pizzas on a Friday and, for a special meal out, we can recommend The Stag at nearby Offchurch. Lots of local attractions including river and canal walks at Warwick and Leamington. And Charlecote Park and Stratford on Avon are a short drive away. The weather wasn't very kind to us this week and we didn't do half what we'd intended, so an excellent reason to go back (not that a reason is really needed, we'd love to return anyway!)
PS - we were just 2 adults and 2 dogs, so can'take really comment on suit ability for families - there is no play area though.
Quiet and peaceful
Stayed here for a Friday to Sunday break in March 2017. The site is very well kept and the toilet and shower facilities spotless and cleaned many times a day. The site is in the middle of fields, although there is a pleasant walk in to the village of Harbury and other walks from site as well as a dedicated dog walk onsite. The site is very exposed so beware when it is windy!! If you want to leave your vehicle parked up a regular bus service calls at the end of drive to go into Leamington or Southam. Did think the site rather expensive for what it is.
Beautiful little site in Warwickshire countryside
Booked onto this beautiful site for a five night stay over the May Bank holiday weekend. The site is easy to find just off the Fosse Way and close to jnc 14 on M40. Access is easy with big wide avenue approach to the site next to the Harbury Fields Farm. The site is ideal for couples wanting a quiet site in the Midlands which is ideally sited for visits to Warwick, Kenilworth, Stratford on Avon and Birmingham with the NEC a little farther afield.
The pitches are all fully serviced, well spaced apart and all with views over the countryside. The facilities are adequate even when the site is fully booked as it was during our stay. The staff are very helpful and friendly.
A five star caravan site in the beautiful Warwickshire countryside.
Quietest Stay Anywhere
We have just returned from 4 nights at Harbury Fields and enjoyed all of our time there. Most of the time the only sounds you can hear are the sheep and lambs in the surrounding fields with the noise of the trains in the distance depending on the direction of the wind. The pitches are all large and fully serviced, washrooms clean and modern, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. It is ideal for vising Warwick, Stratford Upon Avon, and further afield.
A bit exposed
Although the site has been around for 9 years the hedging gives little protection from the winds. I'm sure in summer with good weather, the site is paradise but in February it's rather exposed to the elements. It's excellently laid out with three toilet/shower blocks for only 58 pitches. Friendly helpful welcome. Bus at end of lane to Leamington Spa , great if you have bus passes, expensive if you don't (£13.70 for two return tickets). Only criticism I have is that the showers (wet rooms) only have one hook for clothes and no stool/bench, well the centre block didn't. Other than that excellent.
stopover
Wonderful site for a trip to the NEC or just touring around Leamington Spa area. 3 nights and, apart from storm Doris which I don't think was the site's fault, was a great site. Each pitch has water and a drain.
November break.
Just back from a three night stay has to be one of the best fully serviced sites in the country, excellent shower and toilet facilities which are spotlessly clean, immaculate well maintained pitches looked after by friendly owners. Fantastic dog walk around the fields where dogs can enjoy being off lead. Will definitely be back.
