Lovely Site
This was out third visit and it never disappoints. For anyone who hasn't been to this site before I would like to point out where we went wrong with the printed directions: In the book it says the following:
'still on the A396. In 2 miles at the Black Cat junction with sharp left bend do not turn left or right but keep right to crossroads next to disused filling pump. Cross the B3227 and continue straight on the A396'
In the heat of the moment and taking directions from your navigator, if you get this wrong and towing then you can look forward to a very long detour before you can turn around!
A strait forward explanation would be as follows:
'at the Black Cat junction with sharp left bend do not follow the road around to the left but go straight ahead (over) and follow signs for Dulverton'
The roads are narrow when entering Dulverton so be prepared to give way to traffic and DO NOT try any other way into the town.
