This was our shakedown weekend. Our first time in our 2002 Compass Omega. We had a lovely time. Warden's were great, really helpful, Facilities were excellent, everywhere was clean and tidy. Had 2 nice meals at the Botolph Inn Bridge. Port Limpne Zoo on doorstep, Great walks along the coast near by. We'll definitely be back.
Lovely little site
We've stayed here several times and have enjoyed it every time. The staff are friendly and polite. The pub which is in walking distance serves good food. The site itself is well kept and clean. We will definitely be back!
Excellent first night as caravaners
We only live a few miles from this site and chose it as the location for our first night in our new caravan, rather than a trailer tent. The staff were friendly, the site peaceful and the pitches large and well spaced. The loos/showers were not the cleanest but were ok and were probably fine after the daily clean. Will be going back next year.
HALF TERM PEACE, REALLY!
My wife and I had a great 2 nights during October (school half term holiday) we were able to cycle around the lanes on the Marsh in peace and quiet, then along the coast via Dymchurch, excellent. The Botolph's Bridge Inn 15 minutes walk from the site provide great food and drink. Although it was the half term holiday children nearby played around the site joyfully and were polite and well behaved! Good parenting! The site was immaculate, well done the wardens.
Nice site
We stayed here for 4 nights this week and although the site was clean & fairly quiet we were disappointed that some members chose to ignore the speed limit and did not feel it necessary to clean up the toilets / showers after themselves.
This apart the site was spotless and the wardens very pleasant, we will visit again probably with our great grandson who thoroughly enjoyed the play area.

Great all round site
Visited last week-end for three nights. Site busy, but remains quiet. Play area seems good for children, but there are still many quiet areas tucked away.
Not many sites where you can wake to the sound of roaring lions ( from the game reserve - not the site !! the kids will ( probably ) be safe !!)
Site is kept impeccably - grounds and toilet block alike -- the best sites always seem to have wardens who you never see to thank -- so many thanks to the Daleacres group of unsung heroes.
Saw the wardens once, when they tried to explain the concept of ' white wine and white chocolate' as a balanced meal ...... apparently it works for them !!
First visit
Lovely site in a lovely location. The warden and staff were very friendly and very helpful. I understanding they are moving on. Wherever they are going will benefit from such friendly and helpful people.
The site is on the list to visit again - in a warmer month that October!!
A lovely site
Just come back from five nights on this lovely site. The wardens are a joy, always ready for a chat. Facilities spotless. Lovely area to explore. We have been going there for many years and hopefully many more to come.
