I am greatful to the wardens and the person who found my wedding ring lost on a previous visit. Again the site was spotless and the staff very helpful definitely will be returning.
Still great, BUT THE NOISE?
We have just returned from what we believe to be one of the best Caravan Club sites going. We have stayed at the Cirencester site annually for the past 4 years, sometimes twice a year. The staff are all friendly & helpfull, the amenities are excellent but best of all is the location. It is right next to the Bathurst estate, which is great for walking your dogs, nature watching & it provides a fantastic route into the wonderfull friendly (& dog friendly) town of Cirencester.
We have spent many days in all seasons enjoying the above, combined with the peace & quiet that accompanies the location. Until now! We were shocked to hear emergency services vehicle sirens
almost hourly, including during the night time as well as screaming motor bikes & boy racer cars. What's happened, have they opened a new A & E in the area which would explain the sirens? As for the speeding "potential organ donors", is it the usual Police force reduction that is so prevalent around the UK these days? Whatever has happened, it was not this noisey on our previous visits.
Brilliant stay
We arrived on Friday afternoon and was met by the warden in the office and made to feel at home.
This site is immaculate in every way a true credit to both the wardens and the club.
Yes the access road as a few pot holes but not anywhere near as bad as made out.
The location is fantastic and we will be returning as we really enjoyed our stay.
Good for a walk...
Lovely peaceful site. Toilets are of expected standard looked after by very good team of wardens. Most friendly welcome and helpful. Great walks in the park and the town is not far away with delightful restaurants and coffee shops. Well worth a couple of days, or even more , for a visit.
Appalling Potholes
We love this site. The wardens are very helpful and pleasant. We visit here on our way to Devon and also to spend time with our Grandchildren who live in Gloucestershire. The play area is good and the playing field is excellent. The downside the POTHOLES, surely the caravan club can help towards repairing them or negotiating with the owners of the private road to do something about them. The potholes are horrendous and it will be not too long before someone's outfit is seriously damaged. One other complaint the exit barrier has been out of action all summer.

Long weekend stay
Lovely site, immaculate grounds and shower and toilet facilities. Only a short pretty walk into town. Food vans on site donging burgers/fish and chips on various days. Will happily stay again.
Excellent site
Friendly wardens, tidy site with spotless facilities, well placed for access to Cirencester town.
Pot holes could be improved on approach road.
Mobile pizza oven very good.
A Superb Site...
This was our first visit to the Cirencester Park site and we loved every minute of it. A large, peaceful site situated in a truly delightful location with a pleasant 20 or so minute walk through the park into the town centre. We had fish and chips from the visiting van on the Saturday night and they were brilliant...but be sure to get there early as with an hour still to serve, they had sold out of fish, a serious shortfall as there were plenty of hopeful customers queuing. Only one complaint...and it has been highlighted frequently in this site's reviews...and that is the poor state of the access road. Rutted, pot-holed and in desperate need of repair. The short stretch of public road at the top is also very congested on weekdays but we travelled on a Sunday so it wasn't a problem for us. We will most definitely make a point of visiting this lovely site again.

It was good its Got Better
We have visited this site a number of times , the wardens were really helpful getting us into the site as it was all last minute from us. Great pitches, well laid out, Satellite tv reception good, Spotless facilities etc. Easy walk into Cirencester day or night. Good local pubs, eateries, live music, walks through the Bathurst estate, Open air swimming pool local during summer and a leisure centre within easy walking distance . The only downside is the private approach road needs work due to damaged speed retarders and horrendous pot holes. We had a great time here on this visit and the place gets better .....well done.
Nice time
We had a very nice time at the site good to see the fish and chip van turn up twice a week with proper chips, will use the site again.
