December 2016

We only stayed for one night but loved it and would like to return.  The wardens gave us good printed instructions for the walks in the country park and to the beautiful town of Cirencester.  Loved it.  Will return.

Very Pleasant stay

Very pleasant stay in late November . Everything was clean and tidy and staff helpful. Location is fine but not easy to negotiate .Cirencester is fab as is the surrounding countryside and villages so an excellent base

Fantastic weekend in Cirencester

Stopped at Cirencester for my first time over the weekend 11/11/16. Wardens very welcoming, facilities spotless as you would expect, the only little niggle was the access road which others have mentioned. Love the access into the park where dogs can have a good run, before dropping down into Cirencester which has everything that you need. Cant wait to come back again

November Break

We stayed on this site for 6 nights, it is nicely located to walk into Cirencester. Lots of places to visit in the area. The toilet and shower block was clean and warm. the only downside was as other members have said the approach road is awful. We will return.

Lovely Site

We visited last week and the weather was not good but it was still a pleasant place to be. Easy walking distance to Cirencester itself through lovely parkland, new wardens who were helpful and excellent facilites. We find the entrance a bit strange but not a problem, just odd and full of large potholes.

Pleasant Stay

A great site. New wardens on duty, but everything just as expected. Toilet facilities spotless. Only disappointment was the approach road which is in a very poor state with lots of potholes. Appreciate this road not owned by Club , but something really needs to be done.

Nice site near a nice town

Have stayed here several times. It's a nice site on the edge of lovely parkland and only a short walk into town where there are plenty of shops & eateries. As expected with the CC all facilities are really clean. Wardens are pleasant and helpful. When we last visited in early November all grass pitches were closed off along with one of the shower/toilet blocks but the site was virtually full. Plenty of good supermarkets within a short drive. A large, secure dog field and a nice play area for kids.

Excellent site in lovely location

Stayed on this site for 4 days for the first time. Beautiful site and in a stunning location. The walk through the park into town was easy and very pretty with the colour changing on the trees at this time of year. The town itself was excellent, had everything you could want. The site was tidy and the toilets etc very clean. Fish and chip van came on the Saturday night, really nice fish, didn't go much on the chips though. I would guess it would be really lovely to book this site for over Christmas, maybe next year, we are already booked for somewhere this year. Will definitely go to this site again. By the way, what potholes?
