Fantastic club venue.

It is our second time and will not be our last. Staff are a credit to the club. Dog walk fantastic. Welfare facilities spotless. Pitches are top dollar and the best we have been on this year. Fantastic place and Cirencester is a great town and dog friendly. Thanks for making our stay so good and welcoming. Alan and Kate and Cora our border terrier.

fantastic stay

What a beautiful site, surrounded  by parkland great for dog walks. Cirencester  is a beautiful  town.  Toilet blacks huge and really well kept.  One of the best we've stayed  at. Would certainly  recommend.

Nice site & dog walk

This site appears to be well spaced out, only spoilt by mainly old style hard standing pitches which are narrow requiring the vechile to be parked in front of the van which makes you feel 'hemmed in', whilst I noted the site was mostly full and altering the pitches would possibly reduce the overall number, I think it would enhance the site, the dog walk is excellent, Lacey really likes a good run around in an enclosed space. Only downside to this site is the approach road, with most new caravans having alloy wheels now, it must only be a matter of time before some damage, as this road is littered with potholes, I am aware this road is probarbly not part of the site, but surely some 'friendly' pressure could be brought to the landowner as this is a shared road with the college, which I assume must be under local authority control.

Shame about the driveway

We have been to this site many, many times over the years and the site itself never disappoints. However, I believe that the club should do something at last to remedy the road leading to the site itself, you can not help but to bounce your caravan along the road and I feel it will not be long before somebody has to put in acclaim for damaged tyres and wheels. Come on Caravan Club do something.

Lovely site but canned Music????

We have stayed at Cirencester before and love the site and its location in the Cotswolds. The woodland feel of the site is really relaxing. What is not an enhancement since our last stay is having to endure "canned music" and traffic reports 24 hrs a day in the shower/toilet blocks. I share others view that surely the club and the college next door could by now have agreed on repairs to the access road which is becoming very, very potholed.

Good Place

As dog owners we look for the dog walks. There is a large field on site which is adequate for toilet purposes. At the entrance to the site there is a road which leads to a park with public access. This is a good area where the dog can be off lead. The site itself is big but broken up by hedges and plenty of flat pitched although there are some with a bit of a slope. All well maintained and very helpful reception.

Great Site but .....

Everything as expected from a lovely Club site and staff but come on ...... get your act together and sort out the access road before someone is seriously injured or worse. Huge unavoidable potholes and a totally unsighted exit onto a corner with passing traffic.

One of the best!

This is the second time we have been to this excellent site. Nearly six years since our first visit and we do not know why we stayed away so long. The site itself is in all respects first class. The mature trees do leave many pitches without full sun at the key times, breakfast and evening meal. The easy walk into the town either through the park or down the road via a safe pavement, is the big plus point. The town is full of historic interest and many excellent cafes and restaurants. Try Cote Brasserie for a good value quality meal.

Always well kept

Even though mid week in mid September the site was full but still a pleasurable stay. All areas well maintained and ideally located.

Great site in a great location.

This is a lovely, well run site in a great location for exploring the southern Cotswolds area. It's only a one mile walk through Cirencester park (open day time only) into town or a 10 minute cycle ride along a lane and down the cycle path. Cirencester is a buzzing country town with good pubs and cafes. I had a lovely  cycle ride to Bibury along country lanes one afternoon. My only gripe is the wi-fi. Having paid £5 for 2 days use I only got about 10 minutes!! I couldn't get onto the Caravan Club site to book my next pitch. The lady in reception was aware of the problem but nothing improved. My mobile signal was very poor and there was no 3G reception so a decent wifi connection was important to me.
