Have been coming to this site since it opened and every time it never fails to impress. Friendly wardens who do a great job keeping the site looking pristine. It's just a lovely site.
WHAT MORE DO YOU WANT
Once again we have come home from this great site. The wardens are always ready to help with any problems and are very friendly This site offers the best walking anyone can ask for and what is better than getting your groceries from the fantastic farm shop all with a club discount. Can't wait till our next visit in October which will be visit number 3 this year where can you get better for a peaceful, relaxing, clean and well kept site. WELL DONE CHATSFORD
Chatsworth haven
Lovely site well maintained and very friendly staff, surrounding wall shelters you from the wind so any sunshine makes it a sun worshippers haven. Only gripe is the motor home waste point is poorly sited and for larger vans it is difficult to manoeuvre onto.
Charswort Park
Just returned from another 10day stay at Chatsworth, We just love the place, great walks, Fab farm shop, lovely site, although i must say this time we noticed the tree canopy cover is now getting very thick, and some pitches are very dark and shaded. Time for chainsaw exercise!!!!!!!
Charming Chatsworth
We can only endorse the positive reviews and comments in other entries for this delightful Derbyshire site.
Fabulous location with walking access to village facilities including exceptional eateries and of course the beautifully picturesque Chatsworth estate - couldn't get enough of this tranquil spot where the deer roam freely.
Site was immaculately clean and presented. Few pitches to choose from on arrival due to its year round popularity. Arriving in term time meant that playground noise did not disturb us.
Helpful wardens and even a discount at the unmissable farm shop if u take your receipt and members card.
This site will be first on our list to rebook on third December!

Can't wait to go again!
This is probably the best site possible. The location is beautiful, with walking access into the Chatsworth House grounds. The showers and toilets are spotlessly clean, warm and private. They are well laid out, and there are plenty of them. The staff that we came across were all very helpful, and the Chatsworth farm shop gives a discount on production of site receipt. There are ducks and pheasant wandering near the caravans and they are tame enough to feed from the hand. Fascinating experience for children. I could have stayed much longer than we could, and I can't wait to go back again in the future. Highly recommended - give it a try.
really good site
There was a queue getting onto the site ( it being a Sunday) but the wardens were very helpful and kept us informed. The site was wonderful, toilets and facilities all excellent and Chatsworth grounds were lovely with the deer roaming about.
Excellent!
We had a lovely weekend at this site, nice clean facilities and great access to the Chatsworth estate. Baslow has some nice places to eat. Friendly staff.
Excellent site in lovely location.
Because we live close to a school we normally try to plan our break start and finish on a weekend. So arrived at site on a Sunday (not a good day for Chatsworth). There was a queue onto the site but masterfully controlled by the wardens. Bakewell market on a Monday is really worthwhile. In Buxton a meal at the dome (part of the University) is inexpensive and quality food. The wardens were excellent and keep the site immaculate.

Wonderful Chatsworth
Just returned from our 2nd stay at this brilliant site and its easy to see why it gets booked up so quickly. Cant fault this site at all from the wardens to the wash facilities its all good and well worth a visit (if you can get in that is). My only complaint is the fact that the caravan club charge to use the wifi and its not cheap considering how much annual membership is, we have stayed on caravan & camping sites and there is no charge just a small donation to go towards flower displays etc.
