The place we always come back to

Visited again for a short break, lucky to get in. As always excellent site, clean and tidy, we went mid week so very quiet and peaceful. We love the wildlife and the fabulous walks in the grounds of the house. Wardens were very helpful and friendly. We couldn't ask for anything better.

Chatsworth Park 3 Night Spring Break

What a fantastic club site, friendly courteous staff processed the queue of caravans quickly when we arrived. Facilities were clean, location for walking in the hills is perfect. We even loved the dawn chorus of crows at 5:45 each morning. 5 stars, well recommended.

Spring at Chatsworth

Arrived at the site just after 13.00 to join the daily queue of vans waiting to check in. Excellent organisation and we were quickly dealt with. Super Clean facilities. What struck me most of all was the friendliness and helpfulness of the site's warden team, male and female. An excellent well run site enhanced by the best weekend weather so far in 2016.

Great Site

Chatsworth is one of our favourite sites, in a wonderful location with lots to do right on your doorstep.  Sited in an old walled garden, you can exit through a gate in the wall straight into Chatsworth Park, with the house two or three hundred metres away. Some great walks straight from the site.  Buses nearby, so you can leave the car on the site and get to nearby towns.  Facilities are immaculate very clean and very warm in winter.  Wardens always very friendly and helpful

Amazing site in an amazing place

Stayed here for two nights last week, the site is off the beaten track about a 15 minute walk from Baslow and about 1 1/4 hrs walk from the Chatsworth farm shop at Pilsley. Great pubs in Baslow and a great clean site to come back too. The only down side are the birds in the trees first thing in the morning but you can not have everything in paradise!!

Great site...great people

This was our first stay on a full club site (as opposed to a CL) and we really enjoyed it. On arrival the friendly staff checked us in and helped us get sorted on our pitch.   The site is ideally placed for walking around the Chastworth estate which is truly stunning. We ate some fabulous food in Baslow and got chatting to some fellow CC members who could not have been more friendly. Not sure that's there's much for children to do unless they like walking etc. but the ones we saw all appeared to be enjoying themselves. Upon departure we had an issue with our jockey wheel.  The couple on the next pitch were brilliant in assisting us but we could not fix the problem.  I mentioned the issue to the staff and again they were kind enough to stop what they were doing to assist us. Fortunately we are booked for another visit in September and we are both really looking forward to it.  If you can get on you will not be disappointed.

The Best

Unfortunately this is probably one of the best sites in UK. Unfortunately because a lot of members know it and booking can be difficult.
