First time in 25 years!
We are staying at this site. We have stayed here a handful of times and always had a good experience. We have had a nice welcome, a great pitch and are looking forward to a good rest, as my Wife recovers from a recent operation.
She usually likes to clean the windows when we arrive on site. We usually use the water from our Fire Bucket. A habit from our rallying days safety first Etc.... Perhaps the Warden is stressed out as there are an awful lot of vans arriving today. But I was shocked when I was told by the Warden, not to wash my caravan on site! I explained, I'm cleaning the windows!!! He insisted this wasn't allowed. Has anyone else been told this? It's a new one on me. I could understand if I had a hose out connected to a tap and was stood on the roof! For goodness sake, let have some common sense. :-(
