Beating the Easter rush.

Excellent little site and perfect for our 2 girls for riding their bikes around the circuit. Perfectly located for the whole island with everything within easy reach. A thoroughly enjoyable stay and will definitely be back.

Lovely time away.

A lovely, quiet place to stay, ideal for the super beaches and sights on Anglesey. Stayed a couple of times last year and again last weekend. Friendly staff. Shame there isn't a toilet /shower block.

Excellent caravan site. Well kept by friendly and helpful wardens. Quiet and secluded. Beach, shops and pub nearby.

A jewel of a site

This site was easy enough to find with the directions supplied online. We stayed here a week and went on day trips to visit local castles. The wardens were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We sighted red squirrels playing on the lawns and we were delighted to watch them play and bury their nuts ready for the winter. There is wifi on this site, which is level and quiet. The driveway approach to the site from the lane is quite narrow, but still passable with care. There is a Tesco express approx 5 mins drive and Holyhead superstore is only 30/40 mins drive away for a bigger shop!

An adequate site

The site is typical of nearly all CC sites, having a McDonalds type homogeny. They all tend to look the same. For a no-facs site in a relatively obscure location on Anglesey, it is, in my opinion, overpriced. Some of the pitches have quite a slope on them and could result, as was the case when i visited, in grass pitches on the lower part of the site being too soggy to use.

Disappointing

Wardens were pleasant. Having people moving off site after midnight to catch ferries is really unacceptable, there are other club sites that have ferry pitches that are set so as not to disturb others. My other issue is the fees charged on a site such as this without facilities plus £2.50 per day for internet (ridiculous you can purchase at a daily or weekly fee). After leaving this site we went on to a beautiful cl, imaculately kept with full facilities, satelite box, information folder for each pitch and free internet and at a much more reasonable cost.

Lovely well kept site

A lovely site, in a lovely location with super helpful and friendly wardens. We intended to stay a few nights but extended our stay. I have rated the facilities low as this site has no toilet block or anywhere to wash clothes. The lack of toilet block doesn't bother us but if you are staying for more than a week somewhere to wash a few clothes or some fully services pitches would greatly improve the site. The site itself was clean and well kept. 20/25 minute walk down into Benlech and slightly less to the nearest beach and coast path. Great place for walkers. Fish and chips opposite Bengal Tiger excellent although the food from the Bengal Tiger itself isn't recommended.
