This site is easy to get to with the route being mainly good A roads. Facilities are as you would expect from the Caravan Club with clean and modern washroom facilities. We didn't use the TV booster system as we found a perfectly good Freeview reception from the caravan ariel. There are two dog walks; one of which enables the dogs to run free off lead in a safe place. Lots to see and do around the site notably the Cotswold Wildlife Park, discounted entrance fee can be arranged with the wardens. Once the park is closed for the day and everywhere is peaceful you can hear the wolves and monkeys. Close to the site is the attraction Crocodiles of the World and is well worth a visit if only to hear the Kookaburra birds laugh. The Nation Trust's Chedworth Roman Villa has incredably preserved mosaic floors, a modern cafe and small shop and is well worth a driving to. Coombe Mill on the way to Oxford is worth calling into for a short visit but Weavers Heritage Centre was a disappointment. A little further away is the Gloucestershire and Warwickshire Railway and Hailes Abbey which together make a nice day out. Near to the site is the huge Burford Garden Centre that serves excellent light lunces and teas. Not to everyones taste the Bus Museum, agian on the way to Oxford, was interesing. The area is full of beautiful Cotswold villages, the most tourist friendly and therefore bussiest is Bourton-on-the-Water with lots of tea shops and a motor museum but it costs to park and 20p to use the public toilets. A really pleasant site with helpful hard working wardens. The site is good for families and was fully booked over the Bank Holiday weekend and even then seemed spacious and inviting.
