Having stayed at over 50 sites in the last 3 months we would say the wardens at Brora are the friendliest and hardest working. A lovely site with direct access to the beach. Good facilities that are kept immaculate. Good sizes flat pitches. Visitor centre also at the site
Heaven
No razzmatazz, simple quiet, clean beautifully kept site, thank you to the wardens for their tireless work. Have visited often, this time with four grandchildren, no specific children's play area but they still loved it and didn't want to come home. Super scenery, wonderful beach. We swam every day, but the whole family have wetsuits, we are Scottish. Can't rate Brora, Golspie or this site highly enough. Will be back next year.

I'll ney be back
The site is nice a clean with good facilities. The entrance road is narrow so be sure to adhere to the departure and arrival times. I found the staff not as friendly as some sites, the beach is accessed across a golf course which was not ideal but the beach is nice. We visited John o Groats and Orkney from here. John o Groats is about 1 1/2 hours drive from the site. The scenery was lovely. My wife and daughter went horse riding at Tairn about 30mins away which we would recommend great riding and great value. This is a small site and ideal for what we neede but I can't see us returning.
Handy for A9
Just had the one night stop over on our way up the east coast was so handy for A9 didn't book just called in off speck 2nd week in August. Well kept site and in lovely position beautiful beach just a short walk through the golf course. Would certainly go again if we were in that area.
A Lovely Surprise
First Class Site everything perfect. Wardens very helpful. Ideal stop over site for travelling the East Coast. Will call again. Thank You

perfect for a quiet break
lovely quiet and peaceful perfect for pets, facilities good. Staff pleasant and helpful, great place to chill out.
A Perfect Setting
Had a really enjoyable stay here the first week in August. The site is really well maintained and is in an ideal location with a beautiful unspoilt beach a few minutes walk away. Would recommend this to anyone who wants to visit this area of Scotland. The area is lovely and people very welcoming and friendly. Looking forward to going back in April next year.
Enjoyable Stay.
Enjoyed a week stay at Brora. Lovely site with good clean facilities. Wardens friendly and helpful. Lovely area with many lovely beaches and places of interest nearby . Only negative was being woken early morning on a few occasions by a couple of dogs yapping / barking which we found rather annoying as the owners did nothing to prevent this. This is a lovely site but not as quiet and peaceful as it could have been.

Brilliant Brora
Superb site excellently positioned to explore by foot, car or rail. Well managed site with typically fine staff. Marvellous beach on the doorstep with wide range of bird life and seal life. Good choice of local eating places including the excellent Royal Marine which was surprisingly price competitive; good local brews. And a very fine golf course adjacent to site. We stayed for almost a week and enjoyed every minute despite the changeable weather. The warm hospitality we received everywhere was very heartening. Definitely worth going the extra few miles to experience.
7 night stay
Stayed July clean and tidy with plenty of room at pitches.Nice walks on beach , and into town with a nice historical walk with guided map.
