Excellent site

Site was very clean and tidy. Staff were very friendly. Shower/toilet blocks very clean. There is a short walk into broadway, which is a pretty village and has nice pubs. Lots of dogs so very dog friendly.

Great base for the Cotswolds

We stayed for 5 days this Easter holidays. The site was absolutely full but the facilities were always immaculate and didn't feel busy. The wardens were delightful. The countryside is of course amazing. There was some noise from the road behind us and that is why I didn't give 5 stars for peace and quiet but it didn't bother us at all.

One motorhome and a dog

Stayed for 2 days over Easter. Site was fab, loverly to see red kites flying overhead, site good as per caravan club. However, we thought it was a bit expensive (£62 for 2 nights) considering there was no extra facilities over and above the usual caravan club site ones. Perhaps the club could consider having a smaller pitches area for motorhomers who need less space than caravans with awnings and cars and charging a little less?

Fabulous Easter

It is some years since we last stayed at Broadway so a re-visit was timely for 2017 and really my wife and I should not have left it so long for our return. The site is deceptively large but perhaps due to its landscaping and the fact that it is a long and narrow site one is never really aware just how many pitches there are. The site is the epitome of what a well run site should be with a wardens team who obviously take great pride in what they are doing. Everything the Cotswold region has to offer is encapsulated near here and it is paradise for walkers and those who like to discover little out of the way places such as charming cafes and farm shops bursting with local produce. A little close to a busy urban road on one side of the site so choose your pitch with care but the large pitches compensate for any traffic noise that you may encounter. It will be interesting to see how the extension of the heritage steam railway affects the site when the refurbished Broadway railway station is opened sometime in 2018, but a definite advantage for those who wish to sample the nostalgia of steam hauled rail travel and perhaps to visit Cheltenham at the other end of the line. Well done to Broadway and if I may coin a phrase? 'I give you my regards'!!!

Great site!

Just stayed at Broadway for the first time and thought it was one of the best sites we have stayed on. I agree with one of the other reviewers about the afternoon cleaning of the facilities which was a refreshing change! The only thing that I was disappointed with was the same problem as most sites have - people/family visiting caravans at weekends. These people are usually noisy, cause other caravanners hassle and appear after the wardens have finished for the day which makes you think they don't contribute towards the Club's finances. There are still issues with speeding on site as we watched one senator caravan take off over the humps and had no wheels on the ground - please slow down before someone is killed. I will definitely be visiting this site as the location and warden's are great - well done. Beautiful biscuits too!!

One of the best sites I've stayed on

Stayed for 4 nights during Easter, and the site was full. Despite this it made no difference to our enjoyment during our first stay at this site. The site is fantastically clean and pitches are nice and large. All facilities were spotless and the wardens were very friendly and helpful. Like the idea that toilet blocks are cleaned in the afternoon (instead off mornings like most sites) this gave the holidays a more leisurely feel and you weren't clock watching to get ready every day. The delightful village of Broadway is only a 10 min stroll away, with lovely cafes pubs and restaurantsts a plenty, other Cotswold tourist spots are only short drives away. Will definitely return to this site again

The way forward.

Stayed 5 nights here which is one of our winter sites and now all the work has been done it is well only one word for it incredible it looks fantastic and please caravan club look at Moreton which now looks poor in comparison, read the other reviews for the area but you must visit the site to see how it can be done. Again it's fantastic .

All round good site

Visited 11th to 13th April. Excellent site in easy walking distance of Broadway Village, a very picturesque location. We also walked to Broadway on the scenic path from the information room which was preferable to walking in on the road. Easy access for motorhome.
