We have been using this site since it opened and it will always be Sheepcote Valley to me no matter what the club may decide to call it. There have been some less than helpful wardens over the years but the current team are probably the best we have encountered. It's a busy site so it is not the most peaceful place on earth, but there was no undue noise or disturbance. Pity they can't do something about vistor parking. Plenty of eating places etc at the Marina - The Cherry Tree is highly recommended.
Brighton Belle
Lovely site, good location (not recommended for the less able, as the site is fine, but the walk to the marina is taxing). Staff very helpful, facilities excellent as always. This is our second visit here, and both have been pleasurable experiences.

Had a great time!
We visited here with our 3 children on the May bank hol. Very helpful friendly staff as we are caravan newbies :) . Spotless facilities (someone's thoughtless mess in the ladies cleaned up promptly) . Brighton Marina is a short walk away and it's also easy to get the bus into the city centre from outside McDonalds. Very quiet and peaceful sire despite being a busy weekend and there's a great play area for the kids down the track on the right as you walk out of the site. We will definitely go back!
Mid week break
Booked this site with friends for a couple of nights.
Very friendly staff and the facilities were what you would expect from a Caravan Club Site.
Ideally placed for a visit to Brighton, we caught the bus into the centre and spent the day
visiting the Lanes and the Pavilions.
Although the weather wasn't that good we had a great time.
The only down side we had was the touring Fish and Chip van.
I would give this a miss as the chips were soggy and the fish was supposed to be cod but looked
grey and very unappetizing.
Great stay
Great location, 10 mins walk through the park to Brighton Marina which has an ASDA superstore and various food outlets - TGI, Frankie and Benny's, McDonalds, whetherspoons pub etc. It is quite a hilly walk from the roadway down to the front, some may find it a struggle to get back up. Lovely walk along the front into Brighton centre

Another great visit to Brighton
This is our second visit to this site. Still as good as it was last year. Very very handy for Brighton and within walking distance. The Marina is a few minutes walk from the site. There is a large Asda for your shopping as well as many restaurants.
The site is very well maintained, we had a service pitch on this occasion and had no issues at all. The facilities are very clean and also well maintained.
If you have a dog then just walk out of the site and you have fields to run them on or the beach is a short walk away.
Great stay and would highly recommend it.
Wonderful location
Easy walking distance to the Marina with its supermarket, shops, bars and cafes, plus miles of walking over downs in the opposite direction, make this a perfect site if you don't want to move your car or motorhome.
It's next to a leisure centre so there is sometimes noise from football matches etc, but don't let that put you off as it's infrequent.
Easy to get to and great location. If you do want to venture out do visit Lewes, Glynde, Seven Sisters and Beachy Head as well as Brighton (watch out for the parking charges for the latter).
Stay at Brighton

Incarnation April 2017
I was invited to show my 30 year old car in this years 'Incarnation', we were told we had to be parked up on the sea front by 8:00AM and not leave until 4:00, well from Southampton that would have made a long day. So we phoned the sight who luckily had a cancellation for the Friday and Saturday night. Great location, a heathy walk into the centre of Town with lovely views. The site is lovely and clean and well maintained with friendly staff. We were pitched right at the top of the site so very quiet. We will certainly return even if there isn't an event on, Brighton is a lovely Town. The only change for next time is to ignore the SatNav who took me along the seafront on a Friday afternoon!!!
Not our favourite site, but we keep going back
Our main complaint is the time taken to clean the toilet blocks. It cannot be necessary to shut the whole toiled block (ladies and gents sides) for an hour and a half while the contract cleaners do whatever they do, when the wardens at, say, Burrs Country Park only close each one for 30 - 45 minutes.
The wardens were very friendly and helpful, but speeding on site continues to be a problem, as does the frequency of people taking short cuts across your pitch - between the car and the caravan step in one case.
