Great site with well maintained facilities. Short walk to Leeds Castle, just what we wanted.
lovely little site
We stayed here for 2 night and although the site was full we still had a peaceful break, toilet block lovely and clean as expected only niggle would be they are closed from 10.15 -12.00 for cleaning, which means when getting ready to leave we can't use the loos on departure, not a major issue just used ours before emptying and hoped the kids didn't need one after.
Will defiantly be using again as only a short distance from home. Would be fab if they were open all year as we caravan in all seasons. Very friendly and happy team.

First visit:Won't be the last
We stayed for 3 nights on our way to Europe for the winter. Manager extremely friendly and so helpful. Gave us details about the buses, park and ride into Maidstone and shopping, Leeds Castle etc. Shower blocks immaculate, warm, piped music, all makes such a difference, especially in October! The flower beds were still being looked after and looked lovely. The whole site is well looked after. This site is a real credit to the team.
Just the one night....
Stayed here for one night 24/10/15 didn't notice any noise small but very clean site and toilet block. Wardens very friendly and hard working. Small Dog walk on site but longer walks nearby. Small play area for children but our two grandchildren enjoyed their stay but would have been bored if we had stayed longer unless there were other children on site. Will definitely visit again.

Lovely site
A lovely site within easy reach of the motorway, (you can hear the traffic and trains though). Well cared for and very clean.
Good location for visits to Dover and Medway towns.
Parking difficult in Maidstone.
Pity members book the service pitches and then do not bother to make use of that facility, not sure why?
Enjoyable Stay
As remarked on by previous reviewers, the wardens really make you feel welcome and the site is kept spotless.
There is a steady drone from the motorway and the trains can be heard but we (2 grandparents and 4 grandchildren) found this did not trouble us.
Overall a very pleasant stay and we would be happy to use the site again.
Not just a stop-over
This is a lovely clean well maintained site in a nice location. It is a shame it tends to get used a stop-over en route to channel crossings. We do intend revisiting this site for a longer stay.
wonderful site
This is a lovley site so clean and tidy staff lovely and helpful, great location nice size pitches would use again
LOVELY SITE, BUT, OH, THE NOISE!
The site is beautifully laid out and extremely well cared for. The sanitaires are impeccably clean. BUT, the noise from the M20 combined with that from the railway line between the site and the M20 is just not acceptable for a few days away. The railway runs next to Ashford Road which runs almost next to the M20. We had some respite when the M20 was closed for 2 of our days coast-bound due to a serious RTA, but we just had to leave early. The persistent drone of traffic could not be ignored, and from about 4 am, one could not sleep. We stayed here many years ago and it was fine, but never again. Sorry, Wardens, for this negative review - you do an excellent job keeping the site so beautifully.
