Well run site

This was our first visit to Bearsted, the site was faultless, clean and well laid out. We found some lovely walks for  our dog, very close to a busy A road and the M20 Motorway so there was a constant drone of traffic noise this was the only downside for us.  Very well placed for sightseeing though.

Bearstead

We have stayed at this site a number of times and have always found it very clean and tidy, handy to get to places good if it is just an over night stop for the ferry, and the wardens are very nice and helpful it is a good place to stay .

Good Stop Over from France

We had a change of plans by returning from France a couple of days earlier than planned so decided to stay at Bearstead overnight. It was a welcome change from some of the sites we stayed at in France, immaculately keep and excellent facility block. Even the sun came out!!! Perhaps the only downside was that on this visit we noticed the road noise from the M20 more than we had previously but you do tend to get used to it. A longer stay would be more than acceptable had we had the time.

First class

Stayed at Bearsted for 4 nights this week. What a lovely place to spend time. Warm, friendly wardens who work hard to keep the site really tip top. Well situated for various things including visit to Leeds Castle. Thank you for our lovely stay on a very well run site.

best site in club

stayed on this site for 10 nights, it is the cleanest toilet / showers we have ever been to, site immaculate , a big thanks to the friendliest wardens in our club, nothing too big or small, to present a site this well takes a lot of very hard work. the wardens even got the bus company to stop outside the site, and the warden put some slabs to stand on while waiting for the bus, recommend you catch the bus to Maidstone then another bus to Chatham to the historic docks , the rope walk is a must see.

Lovely Site

Excellent site, very clean & well maintained.  Staff all friendly & welcoming.  It was our first stay on a Caravan Club site & we were not disappointed.  Ok there's some traffic noise but it didn't bother us one bit.  What do expect when its a stones throw from a busy motorway?  Will return again.

Immaculate site

Immaculate site with friendly, helpful staff. Very well located for access from the M20. Some background noise from the motorway and occasional high speed train, but not enough for us to worry about. Good base from which to explore Kent.

wonderful site

We are quite new to the camping world and have only stayed at a few sites, this site however was the best one we have stayed in. It was spotlessly clean and the warrens were lovely. The time and effort that has gone into the upkeep has paid off as we thought the site was stunning. There was a bit of traffic and train noise but it did not keep us awake or spoil our stay. we will be going back.  10/10

Lovely site spoilt by road noise

Bearsted is a beautifully maintained site and the work that goes in to the raised gardens and general maintenance is to be commended. It all looks so pretty on arrival. The two downsides we found were the traffic noise which is continuous day and night such a shame as the site is kept to a very high standard. The other downside for us was the small, narrow dog walk which consisted of a footpath and a small sloping area running alongside it. Grateful thanks to the wardens for keeping the site so lovely
