Great place great people

As a brand new motorhome homer I found the reception facilities and helpfulness second to none. I would expect no more in a first class hotel.

Relaxing break

Just back from another couple of nights down in Ayr and once again most enjoyable. Site busy but not too crowded and as usual the wardens and facilities were  excellent. Only problem seems to be that students from the local college are trying to park their cars on the private entrance into the site as parking seems to be at a premium there. This has severe implications to access in and out for caravan club members as it's already quite a narrow road and the wardens were on an early morning vigil with cones and tape all last week. Site brilliant for walks and into town. Various food outlets deliver to the site and the Indian meal we had was excellent and very fast from order point to delivery with a phone call to tel us that is was on it's way.

Nicely situated

Once we got our bearings we found the site an easy walk by the river into town. A clean site, friendly wardens. There was some building work noise nearby but it didn't spoil our stay, Motorhomer from Nottinghamshire

Nice Site

We stayed on this site for two days last week, it was very nice, site well kept and very clean, The only fault or point I would want to make is I think the system of just finding your own pitch and then reporting back to the office does not work, We ended up going onto a pitch that another MH had already taken the key for and then gone to fill up with water, therefore we ended up having to move, if we had been given a pitch number to go on it would have been much easier

Friendly Welcome at Ayr Cragie Gardens

An enjoyable stay at this site. Staff very friendly and helpful. A ten minute walk brings you to the railway station. We had a couple of train excursions to Glasgow. Good efficient service. Close to the University and we managed and evening of entertainment watching track and field events. We will be back

Quiet Weekend

We have visited this site many times. A short drive from Glasgow. The site is superbly managed and very clean and tidy. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The site was full all weekend but still very peaceful and relaxing. A short walk and you are in the town of and all of its facilities, shops, pubs and many different eateries We will back for more great weekends.
