Great weekend
Arrived on Friday after a short journey. Received a very warm welcome from both Bob and Bernadette. The field is huge and very level, grass short.
Its peaceful and close to lots of things to do!
We will return without hesitation!

After what seemed to be a long day already after changing our caravan en-route, and then needing to put all the stuff away. We had a lovely warm welcome, pitched in a good spot and loads of space for our 2 children and dog. We were told about various walks and places that are dog friendly. We WILL be back as we didn't have enough time to do the things we wanted to do. Would highly recommend.
Chilling Out
What an achievement in such a short time. Bob and Bernadette are a warm friendly couple who have worked so hard to make this CL so perfect, only the weather spoilt it but as yet they have not found a way to control this, but give them time and they just might! I can certainly recommend this site and hope to return very soon.

Perfect Break
We have just returned from a 5 night stay at this lovely CL. We were made extremely welcome by Bob and Bernadette who couldn't have done more to help us. The site is peaceful, in beautiful surroundings and easily accessible to lots of different attractions. We chose this CL as it was near to 2 of the days of the Tour de Yorkshire. We cycled parts of the route, visited Pickering, Malton, Rosedale and Dalby Forest. We also walked from the site on footpaths into nearby Thornton le Dale.
A thoroughly enjoyable stay and we will return.

Peace & Quiet.
Stayed here after the Easter W/end for 5 nights. Good size field, plenty of space between the outfits. The owners have done themselves proud too get this up to a good CL. Nothing is too much of a problem. Plenty of places too visit within the area, whether it be shopping or out for a nice walk. Malton,Thornton-le-Dale, Pickering all within an easy car journey. NT properties also within the area. Already booked in for a return visit in August.
Great place for relaxing, peace and quiet.
We stayed for 4 nights, end of feb, early March. had the whole of the field to our self. We went for peace and quiet, and that's exactly what we got. The owners where great, they have made a lovely site in just over the 1 year that they have been running it. The WI-FI was working brilliantly. We paid £12-00 per night for our stay, well worth it. will be back, for more of the same.
Everything we want from a cl site
We have just returned from a lovely break at Summertree farm, as said before, the owners are lovely and helpful, we loved the space and having WiFi and a toilet included for £12 is an excellent price.Great to visit Dalby forest, wonderful walk from Thornton le Dale to the forest.Nice fish and chips in the village.Will definately visit again.
The Perfect CL - Perfect Hosts!!
Just returned from a 5 night stay over the New Year in our new Bailey Barcelona. From the minute we arrived until the day we left, Bob and Bernadette couldn't have been more helpful and welcoming - even to the extent that Bob and his father-in-law helped me to remove our awning which threatened to be removed by gale force winds!
The site is perfection - nice flat paddock, beautiful views, very peaceful and with every facility one would expect from a CL - and ideally located for visits to the picturesque Thornton-le-Dale and Dalby Forest.
We will definitely be returning on a regular basis as it's only just over an hour from home.
Once again - many thanks to Bob and Bernadette who deserve to succeed with their relatively new venture.
