Fabulous cl site

We had an absolutely fantastic few days on this site Welcomed by Deborah with our pack and everything explained to us The site is beautifully kept and the facilities are immaculately clean The dog field is a bonus our dog loved to go and pick a toy to play with he would have been on there all day if we let him A nice little touch with the seating on each pitch The wardens Deborah and Martin are very friendly and welcoming There’s plenty of places to visit in the area We will definitely return Thanks for a lovely stay Graham Sherryl & Otis 👍👍🐾

Superb Site

We had a two night stay which was not long enough. Fantastic site with immaculate loos and showers. Hard standing secure pitches. Friendly and helpful hosts. Shame the hens weren’t enjoying the weather so we couldn’t sample the eggs with our breakfast! There are many things to do around the Stanford/Cannock area including Cannock Chase. Highly recommend. Our first CL visit. Others will have a lot to live up to.

One the best CL sites

Superb site, owner very welcoming. All the facilities are outstanding. The showers were fab; had a little chuckle each day at the cheeky postcards in the loo! Our dog loved the enclosed paddock and the choice of toys, even had a nose rub through the fence with a donkey! Location great for walks on Cannock chase, even the weather was great. We will definitely be returning

Very convenient for Cannock Chase

Enjoyed a four night stay on this lovely, well maintained site. Warm welcome from the owners, excellent shower/toilet facilities, large hard standing pitches. There is a nice, mowed, secure dog exercise field, and lots of walking nearby on Cannock Chase. We had excellent Fish and Chips from JoJo's nr Stafford (a couple of miles up the road) Be aware there is a fair bit of road noise from the adjacent A34 if that's going to bother you. We would definitely stay again - thank you

Best CL site

When we arrived the owner could not have been more welcoming and provided us with an information pack of all we needed to know. A lovely site with fantastic with very clean facilities. Shower and toilet room was better than most club sites. All 5 pitches were hardstanding so this meant that the entire area was lovely and green and not at all churned up. There is a bus stop immediately outside the site so very convenient for motorhomers. Care though it does look as if no buses run on a Sunday. The owners were very friendly and helpful all throughout our stay. Certainly the best CL site we have stayed at and if we are in the area again we would not hesitate to stay here.

Lovely clean quiet site

We spent just one night here on the way to Scotland. Having stayed at some less than ideal CLs over the years, we appreciate the cleanliness, good order, and peaceful setting of a site like this one. It's great to see a CL owner take so much pride in what they are offering.

A Little Piece of Heaven

We would not normally bother to write a review but in this case having spent five nights on this site, we are having to make an exception in congratulating Deborah and Martin for providing an extremely good experience. Everything was outstanding and thought about, with care and attention to every detail. From the moment of arrival with the warm welcome to the cleanliness of the washrooms and the whole site. Do yourself a favour whether for one night or a relaxing break, book a pitch and enjoy 😊 We will certainly be visiting again.

A Gem of a CL

What can I say about this superb site that hasn't already been said, booking and payment was simple from their own website, we were greeted on our arrival by Martin who couldn't do enough to ensure we got setup quickly, the site is beautifully maintained and the wildlife, donkeys, sheep, ducks were fun to watch, the dog walk is huge with an assortment of balls and frisbees to get your dog running, the facilities are all nearby with the shower room impeccably clean and maintained, we booked the site as a stopover but next time will book for longer as we didn't have time to do everything we wanted, please note the Elsan emptying point request Green only fluid, they do sell it on site at a competitive price, there is a bit of traffic noise from the A34 but no worse than other sites near a busy road, that said we got awoken by some some brain dead parasite using the road as a race track once; but I'm pretty sure it'll be wrapped around a tree by now, enjoy your stay, we certainly did.

Superb

Another 5 star review and thoroughly deserving. Well thought out, spacious little site with great facilities, access, hardstandings and toilets all in lovely surroundings. Super friendly and helpful hosts too. The little individual companion seats on each pitch are a great addition, and the well maintained pond and fields made for a very pleasant stay. Only stayed on a one night stopover, but will definitley return for longer. The A34 does create a bit of background noise but almost goes quiet overnight, and the flip side is that you get very easy access to and from a main road. The best CL I have ever stayed on by far. A little dearer than some but totally worth every penny. Thank you for making such a great place.

Great site

We stayed at this site for four nights. This has to be the best CL we have used, and we highly recommend it. The owners were very friendly and helpful, providing us with all the information we needed. Great facilities and well kept. The dog field was a bonus, with an energetic puppy who had room to let off steam. Thanks again for a great stay. Will be back in the future.
