A very classy site

We stayed 4 nights and had a super time. The owners are lovely and extremely helpful. The site is generously laid out, with electric, water and grey waste on your own pitch. The location is ideal for walks from the site. Cycle routes taking in a nature reserve or along the back of the long beach taking you to Rye harbour. Will be returning next year without any doubt at all.

One of the best

A fabulous CL,the owners are lovely and make you very welcome, lovely walks directly from the site. If you’re coming to this area book in here you won’t be disappointed

Lovely site, kept in immaculate condition with very pleasant hosts. Peaceful spot with good views, public footpaths along the river and good access to Rye. Would highly recommend this site and will certainly stay here again.

Excellent site

We stayed in our motorhome for 3 nights in July 2024. Excellent site from all points of view: spacious, well maintained, beautiful on the eye with good views, peaceful, good walks to the beach and nature reserve, to Winchelsea itself, and to Rye. Shops about 10 mins away on foot if required. TV reception good. We plan to return and for longer next time.

An Outstanding CL

We stayed at the outstanding River Brede Farm for 3 nights in mid June 2024. Trish's pre-arrival welcome communications were brilliant, warm and professional. Zak was superb on our arrival. The site is immaculately kept and superbly located on the edge of Rye Harbour Nature Reserve. Easy walks into Winchelsea, Camber Castle and Rye (alond the riverside). We will be back.

Fabulous four nights here

What a gem of a CL site this is . We spent four nights here in early June 24 and we will certainly be returning . Trish and Steve are wonderfully accommodating as hosts of the site and really couldn’t be more helpful. This site is kept immaculately. It is ideally placed for walking to Winchelsea , Rye Harbour , The nature reserve , Rye . Hastings and Battle are a short drive away.

A Lovely Stay

We agree with all the other reviews of this perfect site. Easy to find, warm welcome, water and hook up on every pitch. We stayed for 4 nights with a friendly group of caravanners and motor homers. Would certainly stay at River Brede Farm again.

Great CL

We stayed for 5 nights in March. The hosts Tricia & Steve are really helpful and knowledgeable. As motorhomers themselves they know what people want. It’s a beautiful and peaceful site. Lots of useful info on the area with walking and driving times to the local attractions. Will definitely be going back.

Perfect CL

Stayed 3 nights in April Well layed out CL site, Level spacious pitches, EHU water and waste to each pitch Maintained beautifully Open country side views Very pleasant friendly helpful owners Lots of walks direct from site 30mins riverside walk into Rye Frequent buses to Rye, Cambersands, Hastings. Excellent pubs and restaurants in Rye Winchelsea very nice too (walkable) Perfect site for a stay in this area Will definitely return Plenty more to see and do Thank you

Great Location

The pictures on the club site and the descriptions in the reviews are accurate and there has clearly been a lot of thought and resources invested into this site. It is a bit of a perk to have the additional facilities you would not usually find on a CL and everything works ( although wi-fi not reliable when we stayed). However what is most attractive (to us) about River Brede Farm is its location and the fact that its open in winter thanks to the excellent hardstanding and access. Booking via the form, email contact and paying by BACS all very easy. Thank you.
