Ten pitch CL?
Ten pitches on this site and throughout our week long stay there were always at least 8 units there and sometimes all 10 pitches were filled. This put a strain on the single toilet and shower housed in the same room. The site plan layout shows pitches 1-5. Given a choice we would not recommend pitch 4 as it is the only one without an adjacent grassed area and was very cramped. Followed their instructions to ring from Menai Bridge on arrival but call was answered with “I’ll call you back in 5 minutes, I’m on the other phone”. Didn’t get a return call so arrived and set up. Eric seemed distracted by building work going on but was pleasant enough when we made ourselves known to him.
The free Wi-Fi provided was much appreciated.
Anglesey is a beautiful island with some stunning coastal walks, interesting wildlife and unique historical sites. We would happily return to the island.
