Why stay here ...
Quiet back to nature Adults only CL with level hard standings, each with 16 amp electric, own water tap and grey waste so no carrying of water and waste! Owned by a caravanner of 25+ years in the Caravan and Motorhome Club, who has caravanned all around the UK and as far afield as Czechoslovakia.
Three ponds and walkways between trees and shrubs for you and/or your dog if you have one. Wildlife in abundance - you will likely meet rabbits in the early morning and maybe the odd hedgehog. A little further afield you may find red squirrels and ravens. You may see water voles in our ponds as well as fish and frogs amongst the water lilies. In May/June you will see brightly coloured Mayfly's dancing around the ponds. If you are an early riser you may catch the Heron doing his daily visit. Later replaced by lots of songbirds including robins, wrens, thrushes, starlings, blackbirds and ravens amongst others. In the dark sky on clear nights you may see owls flying overhead.
The site is off the road with a 12 foot wide gate that we keep shut for your privacy and for a greater part of the year you can't even see caravans from outside the site. Modern chemical waste disposal point. In 2020 we added a shower room and toilet as well as a separate dog shower. Free Wi-Fi also available.

Perfect CL
Brambles
We stayed at Brambles CL in mid April; the site provided good shelter from prevailing winds, easy access to the beautiful coastline of Anglesey, well maintained facilities and wonderful hosts!
I agree with all the other positive reviews, Highly recommended - I hope we can visit again soon!

A superb CL
Brambles
We spent 3 nights at Brambles CL in the middle of April 2024 and had a great time. The site is well laid out and has fully serviced pitches. The toilet/shower was excellent and the care the site owners have for the site site and the guests was self evident. We were in easy reach of shops/ supermarkets and local attractions such as Beaumaris castle (Historic Scotland/Wales Cadw),the Secret Gardens of Beaumaris and Bodnant Gardens (National Trust) whose azaleas and rhododendrons were coming in to full bloom. There are a number of different access routes suggested by the owners and we arrived via Junction 7 (a long way round ) and left by the Junction 5 (slightly narrower road. We had no problems using the Junction 5 route and it is much more direct. Thoroughly recommend this CL.
Superb Fully Serviced Site
Brambles
Great site in a lovely location. The fully serviced pitches are perfect and make motorhome and caravan stays much more pleasurable. The toilet and shower facilities are immaculate and a credit to the friendly and caring owners.
Newborough Forest is only a short distance away its beach and excellent forest walks and there is a local shop.
A great tranquil site
Brambles
We spent 4 nights at Brambles and the welcome we received was superb. This is a very well thought out site with excellent enhanced pitches, perfectly clean and first rate shower/toilet area and well placed for access to the beach and beyond.
We enjoyed our stay at Brambles despite Storm Kathleen doing her best to upset our plans!
The owners of Brambles go way beyond the norm to make your stay a good one.
Thoroughly recommended by us.
7.4m Motorhome was no problem to gain access and pitch easily.
