Dogs first holiday

We stayed here the beginning of June only now able write a review. The site was nicely maintained grass pitches with plastic grids underneath. EHU and water to each pitch. EHU is metered. Owners were very friendly and helpful. Plenty of places to walk the dogs without going on the road. No shops within walking distance. Need your own facilities as no no toilet or shower on site.

Little Gem

What a wonderful site, the grass pitches are reinforced with plastic grids, level, serviced with water and electric outlets and the Wifi is excellent. Recycling and waste disposal is made easy. Obviously a lot of thought and pride has gone into setting up and maintaining this site. The owners Becky and Paul are wonderful you couldn't ask for a more helpful and welcoming couple the information they forward you post booking is very helpful and their hospitality makes you feel like one of the family. If all this isn't enough the location is perfect to explore a truly beautiful part of the country. Can not recommend this site enough, thank you Becky and Paul.

Simply Fablous Owners/Site

Julie and Richard (William). We Spent a wonderful four days at this very clean and well maintained site. We had a very warm welcome. We also received pre-arrival key information from the owners. I cannot recommend this site enough. It was easy to get to if you follow the instuctions. The site is quiet. The site is clean. Its very well managed and cared for. We will certainly return and recommend to family and friends as well as the whole caravan and motorhome community. Thank you for a great four days we wish it had been longer.

Little Gem

Stayed here for 1 night on our way to South Wales. From my initial enquiry to arriving, and then leaving, Becky and Paul couldn't have been more helpful and welcoming. They go above and beyond to with their emails giving directions and info for arrival, and are so welcoming. The site is so easy to find and access, it's immaculate, not even a blade of loose grass on my shoes! Free WiFi was an added bonus too. We were the only ones on so Becky allowed my dog to run off lead, one Happy lab! Will definitely be back Becky, thank you so so much

Fabulous CL and Owners

We stayed at Magnolia Pitches from 5 to 12 June but could not enter our review sooner due to ‘technical’ issues that the CAMC website support have resolved for us. We can only echo what all the other reviews have said. The CL is beautiful, ideally situated and although not far from the main road is so very peaceful. Becky and Paul are absolutely wonderful and made our stay extra special. We visited a number of places including Symonds Yat, Tewkesbury (lovely meal in the Tudor Hotel), Gloucester, Malvern and more. Still plenty of other places for when we return. Thank you Becky and Paul

Return visit

Stayed here 5 weeks ago and couldn’t resist another 4 nights stay on this immaculate CL, on route to the South. I couldn’t say any more than my last review other than this is an extremely well looked after site. The very friendly owners send you a comprehensive pre arrival email to assist with directions and they are on hand with help as required. This time we did a lot of travelling around to various places of interest and this site is very well placed for easy access to most places. Well worth a visit, you won’t be disappointed.

First class site

Just spent 4 days here and couldn’t fault it. Very friendly and helpful owner met us at the entrance to the site who showed us to our pitch and pointed out the facilities and local places of interest. Flat mown lawn with clippings picked up, well spaced serviced pitches, first class free Wi-Fi and the recycling bins spotlessly clean. Metered electric cost us £2.90 per day not skimping so overall £19 per night was well worth it for this very well kept site.Easy access to M50 so could get around easily, and the minor roads were trouble free. We drove to the 3 counties show ground for the flower show in 20 minutes using the good minor roads and missed the crowds on the main routes. We will definitely be returning and can’t recommend this CL enough.

A beautiful site

Magnolia Cottage is a beautiful site where the peace and quiet is only disturbed by bird song! The site is nicely laid out with very generous fully serviced pitches which are suitable for motorhomes thanks to the grid system in the grass. Each pitch has an individual electricity meter but our usage worked out to £2.50 per day and we were running a fan heater every evening. The most wonderful thing about our visit was the welcome - Becky and Paul wonderful hosts who treat you as their guests - thankyou. We fully intend to return to this site - it’s so good for the soul!

Lovely Site

What a fantastic site! We stayed here for 3 nights and found both Becky and Paul very friendly and helpful. There was a slight technical problem with our caravan which Paul kindly sorted out very quickly and with no fuss. Thank you so much. The site itself as stated by previous reviewers is like a lawn the facilities are great and there is plenty to see in the area. We have already booked to return and am sure that we will go back again and again. Thank you both for a lovely stay and look forward to seeing you again soon.

Lovely, well maintained CL

This site has some of the nicest and most helpful of owners which adds to the enjoyment of the stay. They are constantly improving the site and listen to your thoughts as this is a fairly 'new to them' site. Access to the site is extremely easy, all approaching main roads with just a very, very small section of single track road, which you can see to the end of, to get to the site. The site is grass, but kept cut (like a lawn) and there is an EHU and a water tap on each pitch. The pitches are very well spaced and although grass, they have added plastic matting in the main pitch area for each caravan. The recycling area is kept clean and tidy and wastewater can be disposed of in the hedge if you prefer. The pitch fee will be excluding electricity in future, but this is extremely fair, as you only pay for what you use and are provided with a breakdown at the end of your stay, well thought out! Lovely site, great owners, will return. Thank you for such an enjoyable stay!
