Spent 4 nights in April lovely little site quiet & peaceful & friendly with a lovely little Cafe next to site. Will be returning.

Spent a couple of nights here and it's a lovely site, clean & tidy. Andy & Lisa were great hosts and went above & beyond in making sure that everything was perfect for us.

Great site
Just had 2 nights on this site In out 7.5 mtr motorhome, during some really bad weather 🙁. But what we lost to the weather was more than made up by the site. It is quite east to get to, and set in a beautiful location. The site is well maintained, lovely and clean, well presented and has good facilities. It’s also nice and flat, so no messing about with levelling up. The owner is pleasant and helpful. There are nice clean showers and toilet facilities available, although we used out on board shower etc. We enjoyed a pleasant walk down by the local canal (despite the heavy rain) which took us to a local pub. Of course you have to have the odd swift one, just to be sociable😁. All in all a really nice experience, we look forward to our next visit (lockdown permitting). I think this will be one of our favourites and a regular haunt....

We are at this lovely CL at the moment. It’s neat and tidy with hard standing pitches and grass at the side. Plenty of space for your outfit, car and awning. Full recycling available. Each pitch has its own water supply and EHU. Level site with open views. The approach lane although a bit narrow has plenty of passing places. Very easy to find from the A6. Free WiFi available. The owner, Andy, is friendly and nothing is too much trouble. We will definitely be returning.

Excellent well run and friendly CL site
We have just stayed at Moss Farm for the last three nights
The site is immaculate and is located in a very peaceful and tranquil area but not too far away from some great places to visit such as Garstang. There are several local pubs and restaurants within a couple of miles and we ate in "The Roebuck" which was excellent.
Andy the owner was very helpful and friendly. The site setup is simple but very effective with a decent shower facility, really clear and fair pricing, free wi-fi and large pitches.
All in all this is a brilliant little site and we are looking to go back soon!

Peaceful, relaxing 2 night stay
A big thank you to Andy for creating this simple, well laid out space in a small field adjacent to his house and beautiful garden. Hookups and water at each pitch, everything clean and tidy. A tranquil space with good access to the coast, Blackpool and some beautiful scenery in the Lancashire hills. Possible to pitch your caravan on the hard standing with awning on the grass is great. Would unhesitatingly visit again.

Small site
Stayed 5 days end of august .Nice clean site but very narrow busy road to get here ,but plenty of passing places .owner Andy was not available and his wife was a bit vague as to where our pitch was . Andy very helpful as to tell us about places to visit . Never saw his wife unless we had to go to the house to ask anything .we left a day early as to the rubbish weather .Was not overly impressed with the toilet cleaning especially with COVID scenario.The day we left at 12 o’clock the toilet had still not been cleaned ,there was no paper towels for hand drying etc. As to being for exclusive use the day we arrived there was a man (who was not from the site ) and his son using the toilet .I agree with one of your other reviews could do with another toilet as the site was full .would probably not return .
Wonderful CL site
From arrival to leaving I am struggling to find any negative to say about this CL.
Andy welcomed us on arrival and checked on us several times throughout our stay. Perfect host.
The site is well kept, clean and tidy. The pitches are very long allowing plenty space for any size outfit with a hard standing pitch alongside a grassed area. Water and electric at each pitch with waste areas along the side of the fence.
The site is along quiet country land even though Access is less than 2 miles from A6.
A short walk along the canal takes you to Bilsborrow village with 3 pubs all serving food. Garstang is a short drive away about 5 miles. Although a small town it had plenty bars restaurants and small independent shops.
I cannot find fault with this CL site and would highly recommend.

PERFECT (for us) SITE @5*, JUST TRANQUIL BLISS
This site is amazing❤️, please note our reasons why, - whilst this is not an “adults only” site and the more than welcoming owners, (I’m sure they would not refuse children), I just can’t imagine children being happy here due to the peace, tranquility and zero resources for children (I have two children that are now grown, mine would’ve been so bored). It is a spotlessly clean site, the owner Andy is so accommodating, welcoming and friendly (but not to “over friendly”), the peacefulness is so serene, that we’ve actually decided (being new to caravanning due to covid) that we don’t want to go anywhere else, so we have booked several holiday breaks here, I didn’t want to leave a review, because I wanted to keep this little gem of a place all to myself, but I can’t be that unkind and not review Andy & Lisa’s perfect hospitality and (despite them being new to this game) very successful at running a lovely caravan site :))) Thank you Andy for making this a lovely week for us, when this time last year we holidayed in the Maldives, we have still had a lovely rest here this week, thanks again Jennifer & David Matthews:)))))
